Idea Cellular — amount deduction for net usage without intimation

I reacharged data pack for my idea number for rs. 149. After the offer limit 1 gb idea deducted rs.200 from my main account for excess data usage. But i didn't get any message regarding completion of my offer limit of 1gb. They deducted directly from my main balance without any intimation. And also am not receiving any messages regarding my data usage everytime. Kindly revert my amount. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi I got idea SIM last week numbered as [protected], the executive asked me to call 59059 from my alternative number. I received the message from idea but the given number is not working form alternative number. Please do the needful.

Idea too big fraud company, because i recharge plan of 396 in daily 1 gb 3/4,
but speed coming in 2g
