Idea Cellular — Amount is being deducted without any reason,

Sir,

Amount is being deducted without any reason, my phone is not in use even then the money is being deducted, i would like to change the company is my amount is not given me back.

The amount was deducted today on 12.6.2017 at about morning, evening and noon.

The amount was rs.4.50, rs.10.00 rs.2-3. We are not using any pack value.

Pls. Delete is, if any pack value, i do not know about it.

Pls. Refund the amount at the earliest.
