I'm an idea user with the number "[protected]". I've converted my idea post paid to prepaid on january 1st week 2018. As per the message received from idea, i've paid the last outstanding amount of rs. 108 on january 25th using their ivr options. Now, i received an email to pay a bill of rs 115.93/- on february 1st.
Idea customer care is unable to check the status since i'm converted to prepaid. They have given a number to call their postpaid support which can only be accessible if i call from a post paid number or bsnl landline. I don't have both the options. I can't check it from their website as i've converted to idea prepaid connection now.
