Police complaint acknowledgement no. 297 @ 7:50pm dated on 8/6/2017 against unknown person online credit card transaction.

Greetings to you once again, thank you so much for your response in the mail that says the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I am trusting that you will help me.
In my previous mail, i wrote a brief story about how the fraud transaction was made. Once again just for you kind information, i had received a call from +91 [protected] on 8:49am (Dated on 6/6/2017) in my mobile number +91 [protected], where he said i am calling from bangalore sbi office chief manager for my atm card renewal verification. He asked the credit card details and said the call is under recording. So i revealed the credit card number, cvv and otp along with card details.
After a short time, the message came and i realised that rs 4999 debited to idea money from my atm card, very quickly i rushed to the bank where i opened my account and with the bank executive of aizawl main branch, we sent a mail to : [protected]@idea. Adityyabirla.com and [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com.
Today on this day dated 13/06/2017 i went to meet the bank people trying to see how far they've progressed the issue and the present status of my problem. We tried several times to contact you through the grievance officer. But we could not reach you out, i don't know why maybe because of poor network connection. Anyway i am happy to see your response in the mail that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. But till date the amount is not credited to my sbi account.
I would like to request you to refund my money back to my account, please do the needful. The following are the transaction details :

Also, i raised a complaint near police station at aizawl and the first mail from sbi, aizawl main branch, dated on 6/6/2107. Kindly see the attachment for your kind information. I am eagerly waiting to see your help and cooperation in this matter, kindly take action to refund the amount rs 4999/- back to my sbi account since it is a fraudulent transaction.
