Idea deduct rs 10/- today without any reason. Customer care executive telling that it was a deduction for vas as dialled *123#. But nothing was dialled. No vas is also activated. Basically they are cheating the customer now to pay the penalized amount. As the company is going to shut down so they are doing nasty.
Previously company deducted rs 24/- in the name of extending validity. Though previous validity was not ended.

Updated by tatanbablai Previously Rs24/- got deducted to extend the outgoing validity though my previous validity was not ended.Also unable to stop the auto recharge service by dialling your described code *369*240#.Your executive told that some work is going on that USSD code, after that it will work, but he was unable to declare the deadline.why would customer suffer & pay for your system drawback ?

Updated by tatanbablai Today idea customer care team called only for saying "sorry for balance deduction, but we can't do anything".They are good for nothing.Only making false alligation and cheating.I have already send them the attachment with proof that they are doing wrong.They were helpless to reply as they did not have any logic.
