Idea There is no network in gulf last 15days I have tried but still I didn't receive network still it's showing emergency call I have call idea customer support service even I sent mail no reply spoken with idea customer support service through WhatsApp but then also they didn't solve my problem all useless. Even when we chat on WhatsApp if I message now I m getting reply after 3hr 5hr like that. But then also he didn't solve my problem. I have changed my mind I m gonna change my sim to airtel network and I will suggest don't use VI network. They all corrupted.

Hi, i ported my sim from JIO to VI ON 8th feb, now it has been 4 days but my sim is not getting activate, when i call on 59059, it says "this number is only for tele verification" and after that call gets cut without saying any word.
I think porting to VI from JIO is bad decision of mine.
Thay says it takes 3 days, and now it has been 4 days.

Every single message on my no is received by 10to 15 times. but today is a message is came 57 times. I'm very irritated to ur service. plzz solve it

Internet speed is less than 1 mb cannot stay on live meeting

Sir I have continuous problem of range at my home I can't receive any calls it always tells out of coverage but Airtel jio has range and when I am on job at that place in magarpatta there my voice doesn't go clear due to range problem

My idea sim is barred for ougoing and incomming calls please activate it asap

My Vi number is [protected]. On 6th february 2022, at 9:45 A.M, an amount of Rs. 15 was deducted from my main balance. This is wrongful balance deduction.
As per TRAI regulations any telecom service provider can not deduct balance without reason and without consent of the customer.
I request you to process the refund immediately.

I was getting signal here in dubai for my vi sim until 2 weeks before.now iam not getting.my number is 0091 [protected].please fix the problem

I have recharged with idea international roaming pack with a validity of 7days and i was promised 120mins/day and 7gb of free data out of which i got 7gb free data only. My outgoing was barred on the 2nd day
After which i have been calling idea and complaining to which i received a whatsapp from some customer executive who asked about the problem and simply said OK and stopped replying. After 3 days i.e on the 6th day i received another whatsapp stating he is customer executive assigned and when i shared screenshots with him of the previous chat he also stopped calling. Such a pathetic and poor customer service. Wont recommend anyone to use IDEA for international roaming as they simply do false promises while recharging.

My idea sim not working in UAE, today I already charged 300rupees, but until known my sim not working

I did recharge time to time still one day out of the blue they suddenly stopped providing service. I contacted mini stores near me but they couldn't help.
My idea number is [protected]. I would like to complaint that they wrongfully terminated and stopped providing service to my number.

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Net Banking for Rs. 179 on 29 January 2022 and received an SMS

Bank Transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, allthough the amount has been debited from my Bank account.

My sim is deactivated without any reason only in this month I had recharged rs 50 instead of regular packs...do idea or VI need rent for using sim cards now ...is this the way they provide service to your old customer...it was not even like my sim was not used for 3 months or more ...so do you people directly deactivate the sim of alternative customer for fun... How trouble some it can be for a person if you deactivate without any reasons...is this satisfied service...if so ...then I don't have good feedbacks even after been an old customer of idea ...

Outgoing calls are not going . I have been trying from 2-3days, its not working .. please check it and solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you

My sim is showing no network since morning. I tried everything but it's just not showing any network. Other sim cards are showing network it's just the problem with ide and I really want to know how to fix it.

Sir I have done a full month recharge ..but I am not getting any data despite recharge..I am seriously aggrieved.i was totally dependent on this for my studies

I have inserted my IDEA SIM in SLOT 1
Yesterday around 10PM suddenly IDEA network was down in my mobile
Till now it's not resolved
I couldn't make any calls and not receive calls also
I have restarted the mobile
Switched OFF and ON after 3minutes
Changed the SIM slots and tried
Any way didn't worked

Kindly help me ASAP

I was using the idea Vodafone connection since 12 years and everything was working fine. BUT on Jan 13th 2022, the Internet speed is reduced to 2G and no signals anymore. I called customer service and also confirmed I am in excellent network coverage area.
NOTE: I am living in the same house since many years, my never experience this 2G speed issue. Both my idea Vodafone numbers stopped receivin 4g since last week only, and speed is now only 2G . Some issues happened within the Vodafone tower in my area and customer care does not want to help.

In spite of multiple follow ups, Vodafone could not give me a answer or reslove my issue. I recently recharged my phone for 1 year, I need refund of my amount (1790 rupees) so I can cancel and switch on to a different network.
See message from Vodafone below and also from Vi App diagnostics, it is showing 2G only in excellent coverage area.!!!

From the past 5 days my internet got very slow. I am getting downloading speed of 20 to 30 kb only although the network is good.
My data is getting wasted everyday . I am not even able to use it.
Also sometimes I lost my network. No sim card is shown. what the hell is happening with VI? I am gonna port my sim to other network if my issue is not getting resolved within 24 hrs
