Hello sir ;my name is sagar. I have playing a contest in idea cellular rs.35 charg. And i have win 4 coupon of rs.35 recharge. But when i have redeem this coupon on website said me coupon expride. After that i have contect idea coustmer care they have said i have not responsible of this but they have t&c said coupon validity is 30 days. And i have received coupon on 2 days ago. I have many time complaint they coustmer care but not respond me.. I have attached screenshot of them coupon. Plsss help me my contact no.[protected]

Hi,

Network is very poor and not getting 2G also. Totally disappointed by the network coverage.Planning to port the sim. Issue exists for the past four days. Still exists.

    I ported my sim from jio to idea... But sim havenot been activated since 10 days.. They promised it will activte in 2 days.. The customer care also not responding proper answer.. Kindly help.. My alternate no. Is.[protected]. Worst service to the customers from the idea cellular.. Nd the customer care.. It already more than 10 days and the issue has not been sloved. Kindly look in to it

      I ported my sim from jio to idea dated 29.6.19... But sim havenot been activated since 10 days.. They promised it will activte in 2 days.. The customer care also not responding proper answer..         I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn't find any reasons why port messages wouldn't be delivered. Please help

            I am not able to make any outgoing calls even though the network is full in my phone and i am not able to get any incoming calls also.
            It coming switch off or out of coverage everytime.
            It has become very frustrating now.
            I have tried everything like restarting the phone and removing the sim card and inserting again.
            Everytime its coming no network only emergency calls
            Please look into the matter.

              From last two months the internet data on my number is not working properly in this matter i registered complain on customer care again and again but there is no solution till today. You can check my problem from your office here i state that not working of internet on idea is not only my problem but you inquire from your resources the large number of idea facing this problem from long time and they port his/her connection from idea to another company.

                      Two months back fed up of their stupid network coverage i decided to port my number to airtel. I went to the airtel store and typed a message to idea for the code of mnp. Immediately after the code was received, i received a call from their customer care asking about the issue on facing. Then i explained it to him and he assured that withinn 19 hours your problem will be solved and a person from the network tower department or something would contact me for the same. So i changed my mind and decided to give a chance. Even past 24 hours the issue was still there. But i decided to wait for the call which i received after a week. The lady assured me within 3 days the issue will be resolved as they have upgraded the tower. But even till this moment, the network sucks. I had to shell out almost rs 300 to recharge my number just waiting for their network improvement. Now i'm really furious and definitely going to port to airtel but i just need to complain about these fraudsters.

                          In july i've shifted to idea postpaid service expecting better network coverage & good internet connectivity.in these 6 weeks span i've raised 2 complaints about coverage & internet.

                          I've noticed that idea is really in hurry to close the complaint saying "we have system update plan in next 2-3 days & you will get the problem resolved by then".

                          Both the times i've clearly mentioned that you first resolve the issue, call back me in "said" 2-3 days & then close my case which never happened. They simply put status as complaint is resolved.

                          I mean what kind of approach do the idea have towards the complaints? Do idea really want to resolve it? Or just want to increase the service hit rate by closing the open complaints?

                          I really appreciate your efforts to reach me yesterday. Yesterday I talked to 2 different executives of yours. I'll be really thankful to you, if you repeat such act for service improvement rather just talking.

                          Day 1 over :- After all this drama, I was expecting improvement. But yesterday was worst for me, as I was getting frequent call cut & bad network. Internet data was like a out of syllabus. Pl don't treat this complaint as a avenge tool.

                          The answer given to me for closure of complaint is not acceptable to me. After all it's your system & you have every right how to treat the issues.

                            My 50 rupees has been deducted form my mobile no for some rubbish game and they are not refunding it for my idea no. [protected]
                            Please refund my money back...
                            I'm using some old phone purchased 2n hand.. I'm very poor and don't have enough money to spend on phone recharges and these idea network has deducted my phone balance please ask to refund them than you.

                              Hi,
                              I am loosing my trust from idea. They have deducted my money from my prepaid balance for activating sport voice alert that is Rs 5.
                              As i had a communication with idea customer care person, he said i ask them to activate this stupid notification. So I ask him for proof for my positive response to sport alert he said they don't have it. Then I said now onwards I won't pick up any call from idea he said okay ma'am!!🙄
                              Not at all courteous!!
                              I want my 5rs in my idea balance back or send me proof!!
                              Or you mean whenever I will recieve idea's call then my money will be deducted. This is first time after several months that I recieved the idea call and what they have done deducted my money! Why?

                                Hello,

                                I ported my jio phone number to idea recently. Today my jio network got disconnected in the morning and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect (Call ended). Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

                                      Sir,
                                      My idea no [protected]. I want to port my number to some other operator. However i am not able to send message to 1900 from my idea number. It shows the message "failed to send message. Pls review and send again." i have been sending the message multiple times. But the problem still exist. I request you to please look into this matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
