Sir,
I have been receiving all same message in multiple times(5-20) since 1 month in my IDEA number. My idea number is [protected]. I have contacted with their customer care 3 times through call, email, chatting. But they blame on message senders like Amazon, phonepe, paytm, netmeds etc and also my friends.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Network is very poor and not getting 2G also. Totally disappointed by the network coverage.Planning to port the sim. Issue exists for the past four days. Still exists.
