I'm giving alternative mobile number for communication and payment.in fact, i'm not using idea post paid connection due to unavoidable circumstances. Dear sir

I am a post paid customer of idea. I have been transferred from bhopal to haridwar regarding that i port my address through idea outlet on dated 28.05.2019 before that i cleared all the pending dues.
When the first bill came upto 15th june 2019 there was mistake in the bill the difference was in breakup and total. So i went to outlent also called to customer care but no result came out the only statement was thrown from outlet side that it will adjust in next bill but again the same mistake repeated. I am regularly trying for rectification but result is zero. It seems like harassement and zero customer solutin from idea outlet and through customer care.

It is humble request to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. As due to the mistake i am not able to pay the appropriate due amount and consecuence of this i am not undertake any penalty of this bill.

From past 10 days my all outgoing message are not send i have called customer care they given answer of checking service center number then restart then phone again add service center number and problem will solved.
But it was not so.

Your customer care representative are making customers full.
That is why customers are porting.

Its my final call else i am going to port my sim to other service providers.

So i request you to resolve it urgently.

Before 3 to 4 days my sim card was lost. Then today i go idea care. They are said to me. My sim card have not register any other alternate mobile no. Or email id for receiving otp. They are not provide another sim card. But they also say you can take post paid connection. But i can't afford this. It is costly.
I want same number so please help me.

Today (12th july, 2019) at around 11:21 a. M. I tried to recharge my idea mobile number on my idea app with rs.249 pack, which gives 2gb data per day along with call and sms benefits for 28 days. I had a total of 40 discount coupons of rs.50 each before the transaction, so i opted to use one of those. As such, the final amount that i had to pay was rs.199. I proceeded with the transaction and rs.199 were debited from my bank account, but didn't receive any confirmation messages from idea. So i decided to check my balance by using the ussd code *125#, which confirmed that my number hadn't been recharged despite money from my bank account getting deducted.

It's been more than five hours and my mobile number still hasn't received any recharge benefits nor has idea refunded my money. My bank statement and the text message that the bank sent me regarding the transaction prove the legitimacy of my transaction. So, idea are you going to refund my money or what?

Since last three days, NO SERVICE from idea in my mobile in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, pincode: 382424. When I m at my home Gandhinagar there is no problem. since last 3 days I m communicating with IDEA toll free number. I have followed all instructions given by IDEA customer care representatvie. I was told to start data roaming & connect wih vodaphone tower but the vodaphone towers are shown as disbled in menu.

I got a message that i have been activated idea-power services which i haven't done and there is also no prior confirmation from the customer and deduced the amount from my balance. When i call the customer service they charged me call charges also for resolving an issue. Thus i lost my money of at least 10 rupees in total 5 rupees for charges and another 5 rupees for enquiry. Kindly provide a refund of my lost money.

Tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I can't find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

My idea number is deducted automatically due to 53010. I talked to customer care but they don't resolved the issue and said that they can't do anything because sms is sent from myself. But i never send or receive any sms. Idea do it itself and exploiting it's customers. My name is gurpreet singh and my idea number is [protected]. Please help me out from exploitation of idea cellular.

Yesterday 10/06/2019 evening i received a message from iz-idea saying, your request for promo offer activation for mob. No. [protected]has been successfully processed through communication id c[protected] not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as i have seen here that this malpractice has been happening with a lot of other folks too and kept unattended many times on complaint with idea

I recently ported my phone number from airtel to idea, and after receiving message from idea on my alternate number that my sim has been activated the network on airtel vanished as it was supposed to, but my new sim is unable to connect to any idea network, it gives an error saying cannot connect to the cellular network, so now both my sim cards are not active and i tried explaining this issue to idea customer care executive and all they...

Almost from past 2 months daily the network problem is occurring. We are paying monthly for internet and talktime services. Kindly note that your network is going off for about 1-2 hours daily (Zero network) in area bajajnagar, midc, aurangabad, maharashtra.
We have total 3 idea card in our family (Home) and because of this network problem we are very disappointed with idea service now, we are thinking to change all card services, if such pace would continue in future.

My mobile number [protected] was disconnected in feb., 2019 and it was post paid and refund due was received on 28/05/2019 by cheque dt. 25/02/2019 which was invalid as three month lapsed. Hence i returned to company but till date i have not received revised cheque with compensation for late payment and mentally harrasement as i have contact several times to customer care and even appellate authority but no response. Even customer care department has not provided docket number for complaint.

I came to IDEA from AIRTEL, just because people of IDEA CELLULAR said we provide best network and fast internet. But all this came to be a lie, since I have came to this network, I can't use my DATA PROPERLY, my 500rs has gone in waste. I have called customer care many times and registered my complaint many times, but nothing improved, and they closes my complaints saying we have resolved your problem. But reality is that, that noting has improved or resolved still I can't use my 500rs DATA PROPERLY. Coming in idea is really a nightmare came true. Since I have called customer care (regarding my internet issues) millions of times (getting no improvement in internet) I am feeling mentally disturbed. I just really want leave idea for ever and I will never come back I swear . IDEA CELLULAR has done a FRAUD with me.

I've been an idea customer since 4 years. Recently, i have noticed that my main balance is being cut without me using data. I don't have an active data plan and i don't use cellular data from main balance even mistakenly. They are cutting 0.4 rs for every half an hour. My balance has been cut from 55 rs to 48 rs now.

Please resolve this asap or else i'd have to take strict action.

I have been trying to port out of Idea due to poor service in my area. Whenever I try to send the port request to 1900 the message fails. Messages to other numbers are sending without any glitch. I called the customer care of Idea regarding this matter and I was explicitly informed that my problem will be resolved by 9 July. But the problem did not go away so I called their customer care again. They told me that the problem had been resolved from their end and I should remove my sim card and reinsert it and try again. I did as told but the message is still failing. I think Idea is doing this deliberately and this seems very illegal!

I received calls from idea vodafone limited to port my existing number to rs. 399 nirvana pack. One of the benefits was 40 gb data monthly and they promised that i have to request for 75 gb of data at the time of verification call from idea vodafone before the activation. I would like to highlight below points:

1. Never received any call from idea for the verification. My existing airtel sim stopped working suddenly during my very urgent office work and call. This really impacted my work at major level. Why don't idea takes responsibility to inform the timeline or call customer that sim will stop working and we have to dial 59059 to activate the idea sim.

2. No physical verification done according to the address proof submitted. However, idea customer care verified that the address physical verification completed on 4th july'19. But i confirm that this is not done.

3. Idea vodafone agent from which i initially got call to port my airtel number promised that they will take care of the extra internet data (75gb) which i never got. I only got 34 gb of data on 6th july'19.

4. They clearly mentioned that i will get voucher codes worth rs. 400 to do shopping on merchants including amazon, but on the redeem list there is no option to redeem rs. 400 for amazon. The list only contains limited sponsors for only spa, hair, saloon, etc.

I have got no benefit on porting my airtel post to idea postpaid and idea vodafone agents (Call center) did false commitments to port my existing number. I want idea to take strong action on this matter and provide the promised internet data at earliest to me. Below are the numbers from which i got the call and i call that agent (Sonu) today morning also for the same. He informed me that idea gave internet data for 15 days only and rest will be credited after the bill payment with amazon rs. 400 vouchers also.

I converted my connection from postpaid - prepaid.
I was suppose to get my balance cheque.
I collected cheque from idea center, mitra mandal chowk, pune, which has been bounced due to date validity in my bank account. I requested to issue new cheque 3-4 weeks back. Still, i didnt get any response from them. Neither by mail or call.
I clearly mention to send dd on my residence address. Still no response from anyone.

I have complaint to idea to stop promotion through flash massages and don't send any offer massages, for that i have activated full dnd and submitted complaint for that on idea website also. But they are still promoting their services and offers through massages and flash massages. If someone activated full dnd then they will promote their offers through flash massages. I have complaint to stop flash massages many times but they are not doing anything. They just giving confirmation of stopping flash massages. I have to complaint every day and not getting solutions till now.
