Today (12th july, 2019) at around 11:21 a. M. I tried to recharge my idea mobile number on my idea app with rs.249 pack, which gives 2gb data per day along with call and sms benefits for 28 days. I had a total of 40 discount coupons of rs.50 each before the transaction, so i opted to use one of those. As such, the final amount that i had to pay was rs.199. I proceeded with the transaction and rs.199 were debited from my bank account, but didn't receive any confirmation messages from idea. So i decided to check my balance by using the ussd code *125#, which confirmed that my number hadn't been recharged despite money from my bank account getting deducted.
It's been more than five hours and my mobile number still hasn't received any recharge benefits nor has idea refunded my money. My bank statement and the text message that the bank sent me regarding the transaction prove the legitimacy of my transaction. So, idea are you going to refund my money or what?
