First of all i would like to the know the level to which idea people cheat, fraud and cause inconvenience to your customer, for his/her mistake o[censored]sing idea cellular services. I know now how big a mistake from my side it was that i decided to port my number to idea.
From the very first day i have been cheated upon by idea, i never got what was promised to me.
Then you have added charges for calls and data, whereas i am supposed to get unlimited calling and 20 gb data, mind you which was promised as 30 gb to me, anyhow let it be as per even customer care you are incapable of helping in this regard as you do not have any authority to help your customer they are only authorize to bother and cause inconvenience to your customer, so after getting the bill i was informed that there was some plan change on 2nd may 2018 which was done without even asking, let asking be, they did not even bother to inform that you are going to change my plan and add usage amount to the bill in the end.
Even after endless calls and emails they have barred my services.
The all of sudden when idea people wake up from you deep sleep, they call me and let me know that you can only waive off only 500. I was so shocked and surprised to hear this that you were asking me to pay for the mistake done by you, i mean this is ridiculous, height of insanity.
I have already decided that i am not going to use idea henceforth after minimum 90 days which i do not how will i have cope up with you even.
They do not provide even services properly there are call drops your data is too slow to even use any app or browsing.
When today i called them they bluntly told they can not resume the services because i have to pay this is stealing at its best.

As per our records, we have raised complaint for your concern and concluded that we have processed the waiver of Rs. 591.28/- along with G.S.T for GPRS charges as on 04/06/18. However for plan benefits, kindly share the details of customer care executive or idea store from where you have been given the stated offer in Nirvana 389 plan also share the date of communication to escalate your concern.
