My house is located at kainatty just 200 meters away from nh 66 between vadakara and mahe and 3 km away from vadakara town.
Idea mobile range is available all nearby places, but unfortunately it is completely out of range at may house. This causes many hardship to me for not able to access me by my contacts while i am at home.
Please look into the matter.

    In the month of April 2018 i received an SMS from Idea indicating that services to your number will be closed on 28th April 2018 and within a week my outgoing and incoming facility got closed, when i enquired about the reason i came to know that KYC done for my idea post paid was denied due to More than 9 connections on my name ( Different operators), i was in the impression that idea itself has closed my number so i have to pay may month pending bill of Rs 588

    SR# C[protected] Service number idea generated for barring number)

    Email Ref id : IE[protected] Email i sent to enquire about barred connection)

    Today 4 june 2018 i received Demand legal Notice ! Idea Account stating that i have to pay Rs 608 otherwise they will take legal action

    as per email they state that despite of repeated requests and reminders by our representatives, you have not paid the said overdue amount till Date.

    however i have received no communication email from idea regarding the payment reminder or calls ( since number is barred/closed by idea itself)

    I am not sure till when they will keep on increasing the amount since i am not using the number since 28th april 2018

    i went to reactivate my number as well but they said they cant reactivate on my name

      I was using airtel prepaid service, but want to port it into idea, i went to nearest idea gallery, and the person @ idea gallery told me if you want to port then you have to take connection as a postpaid.. I was unaware which was totally wrong information he activated nirvana plan on my mobile and i had to pay 400 bill each month unnecessarily only because of wrong information and he told for 3 months i have to use this postpaid.. And now if i want to convert it into prepaid they are giving me the reasoning really a bad and ridiculous experience i have ever seed

        Sub : sim card cheated by idea representative to be rectified
        Ref : our new number [protected]
        I believed by a person mr arun ([protected]) store number [protected] stockiest number [protected] shown his id as (Idea network) direct representative of idea and told for activation of first two months free of calls with unlimited data i have to pay 200 rupees and he taken the aadhar authentication so we believed and the card activated with in 5 minutes hence he shown the id of idea network and other aspects we believed that and i along with two other person paid rs 200 of each but it is not activated till 01/06/18 we made call to customer care promised to do that with a day
        But till monday there is no action at the end miss sivasankari from customer care transferred to senior and they promised to get that two month activation
        Please kindly do the needful

            First of all i would like to the know the level to which idea people cheat, fraud and cause inconvenience to your customer, for his/her mistake o[censored]sing idea cellular services. I know now how big a mistake from my side it was that i decided to port my number to idea.
            From the very first day i have been cheated upon by idea, i never got what was promised to me.
            Then you have added charges for calls and data, whereas i am supposed to get unlimited calling and 20 gb data, mind you which was promised as 30 gb to me, anyhow let it be as per even customer care you are incapable of helping in this regard as you do not have any authority to help your customer they are only authorize to bother and cause inconvenience to your customer, so after getting the bill i was informed that there was some plan change on 2nd may 2018 which was done without even asking, let asking be, they did not even bother to inform that you are going to change my plan and add usage amount to the bill in the end.
            Even after endless calls and emails they have barred my services.
            The all of sudden when idea people wake up from you deep sleep, they call me and let me know that you can only waive off only 500. I was so shocked and surprised to hear this that you were asking me to pay for the mistake done by you, i mean this is ridiculous, height of insanity.
            I have already decided that i am not going to use idea henceforth after minimum 90 days which i do not how will i have cope up with you even.
            They do not provide even services properly there are call drops your data is too slow to even use any app or browsing.
            When today i called them they bluntly told they can not resume the services because i have to pay this is stealing at its best.

              Dear idea

              My idea number is +91-[protected]. On 31/05/2018 at 9:45:24 pm, i received one message about clicking the link to listen to a song and another message after 5 seconds that rs 10 has been deducted from my account. Please note that mine is a very basic phone without gprs and i didn’t even touch the phone for a couple of hours during that period, so the chance o[censored]sing idea power by mistake (The message is not even clickable) is completely ruled out. So please do not give me this reason.

              I believe this is an ill-practice by idea and has happened second time with me. I request you to refund my money otherwise i’ll be constrained to opt for mnp. I have been your customer since 2004.

                Maine apna vodaphone number [protected] idea me port karwaya hai jisko port hue 3-4 days ho chuke hai. Port karwane ke badd bsnl number se call karne ke bad is number ko temporay out of service batta hai kisi bhi bsnl number se call karne par temporay out of service batta hai idea customer care batt karne par woh kehte hai hamri taraf se number activate hai bsnl customer care batt karo bsnl se other idea number par batt ho rahi hai kya problem hai very serious problem do u have any solution my prob.

                    I have called customer care number & complain 198 several times regarding this and also raised complaints with them but they are saying they can’t stop this messages,.

                    Like above we are also getting other messages from iz-idea, iz-ideacare, ia-idea so we request you to kindly stop these messages immediately.

It makes a morality with u r network it's makes us very difficult to make a bank transaction plz look at the matter earliest waiting for replay customer care people not able to resolve the issue they always saying wait for 2days it not resolved ill register complain to troy.

                          I am using a number of your company [protected], in which i changed my plan in nirvana at the scheme rs, 499/- p. M. From your store at sanjay place agra u. P. Where your executive is working namely ms. Nitika and mr. Ankit having their contact number [protected]//[protected]. I received a phone call from there that they will provide a new sim card on same my previous number, in this regard i want to say there was no my hobby but they are consinuously pressuring me for the same, they provide me by getting my all relevant documents. After spent two days they said that the sim card is techinically faulted and they will provide me another sim card, but regret to inform you that i have already been paid rs. 670/- instead of rs. 499/- in the month of may 2018. Now i donot want any sim card from you, please be return my all relevant documents, and making a correction in my bill rs. 499/- instead of rs. 579/-

                                  Sir, my number gets disconnected on 30.05.2018. Iam using that number since 2009 and recently changed to idea4g. Without specifying the reason the number gets disconnected. As i consulted the idea care and customer care they are saying that "you dont submit aadhar" so without having my details how they activated my new sim4g. Iam using that number with unlimited calls, data and messages and doing calls regularly. I have lot of contacts with that number as iam job-seeker many of the contacts react to this number only.                                     I have taken post paid connection on 9th may after that idea has activated my no for 1 day only and there after they disconnected due to address wrong. I have given aadharcard and executive has filled wrong flat no this is not my fault. After that i visited so many times to idea outlet and also send so many mails to customer care regarding this but till date my connection is not activated. Now i request them to disconnect permanently but they said they cant disconnect permanently and they also said they will raise bill. My no was not activated then also they are giving bill.

                                      Hi idea,
                                      I have ported my airtel number to idea sim on[protected] and on[protected] i got sms that idea sim got activated and to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

                                      When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059.

                                      I think buying idea was worst decision.
