Its been 3 days since there's no network showing in the phone. I've tried everything to solve it but nothing happens my idea number is [protected] and i live in chhattisgarh....

After filing several complaints through the helpline number, my problems with the speed issues has not been solved yet.
The internet works fine for 2 days after complaint is filed and then again same issues persists.
Another issue is that the "consumer helpline staff is extremely pathetic when it comes to handling issue". Some of them even told me that they can't file new complaint as the old one is not resolved and then when...

My idea number is showing no service since few days. I have tried all the ways such as restarting mobile phone, removing sim out of try and replacing in another sim slot, etc but it didn't work. Tried using vi app but it is asking otp to login. How can I get otp when sim is not working? So please reply and solve this issue ASAP....

Not able to send outgoing sms for my number.
Thoigh complaing raised 3 times, theh mark it as closed, but never reaolved...

I have made online recharge for no. [protected] of rs 249.00 form SBI net banking with Ref. IGALCLLWI7 on 10 May 2021 but monry is deducted from bank but recharge not done....

My sim number [protected] was given to someone else. I was using it in my apps. All of a sudden it was given to somebody. Risk of PRIVATE DATA...

Idea is such a poor network now a days. I'm unable to hear the voice of the person to whom I'm calling and receiving. Such a bad network it is. And also many times I recharge money will be debited but the talktime won't be getting. Resolve this by tomorrow....

Rs 35 deducted from my account number [protected] VAS without getting my consent, let them STOP this service and refund amount deducted...

Recently I have moved to germany. Unfortunately My Idea SIM stopped working and its saying "No service". Its very tough to do any sort of bank transactions with out otp . I request you to please fix this issue as soon as possible

I have faced idea network issue from 30.04.2021.i didn't get calls ans messages .I didn't get any proper support from ur side regarding this issue....

I have trouble sending normal messages not even a single message is been delivered even after having full network and I have been trying to reach out the customer care through phone and also what’s app messages but dint get any response very bad service...
