I am using Idea 4g but internet speed is very slow. I talked to customer care but they seems not to resolve it. I have done what they said like change of sin slot, turn off/ on mobile, flight mode on / off but nothing changes. 4g internet speed means 1 Mbps to 4 Mbps or more AVG but I am getting 50 kbps AVG so please help me.

I am Used Vi app to recharge my phone and pay 599 on online but those amount debited my account and not recharge my phone too on 5th April 2021...They Noted that it will be refunded up to 7 days... But I can't receive refund amount to my account... Please take proper action to refund my amount...

Every two days i received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 3 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using an normal hand set can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution. Same one useing whatApp in the same no [protected]. This number is my mother number.

I am continuously receiving flash messages even after trying evrythin out. Sent "STOP" msg to 5933500 deactivated flash messages in sim toolkit/idea power app but still i am receiving these messages and even after contacting so many times my issue is not resolved. This is the worst network experience....

Please note my following number is not showing network in UAE. I was able to use the simcard till 30th of March. Im using the same sim for all my bank transactions and now I’m totally stuck since I’m not getting otp’s.

Hello Sir Madam,
I have been using the idea service for 10 years.
I am very disappointed now because I am facing lots of issues with these services.
Recently I was facing an incoming issue.
Now I am facing the outgoing issue.
When do I call anybody the call connected but not that person it will redirect to one specific number that number is: “+913095” that was happen much time what this number? Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
If your issue is not solved then why use charge for your services till the time you allow users to use free service from the idea. We are not paying for this try to understand customers point of view. They are with you then you will be in the market.

I am trying to reach put to Idea Secure via given Modes SMS, EMail, and Phone, but all i get is disappointment.
The Email bounced back as its not valid, same for SMS, and when i contacted on via voice call, the no. odes not exists.

I broke my phone and i want to raise a claim against it.
