I want to port from idea to airtel, but when i initiate a port request, a message is sent that upc code cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured....

Sms services not working for my idea number i am facing a lot problems due to this issue
Please resolve my issue...

Long back I have ported my number rom Idea to Airtel but still I'm getting regular Idea offers sms on my number. Please let me know the process to stop these sms....

From 3 weeks my Sim showing only emergency calls, yesterday (14/04/2021)i done recharge thn also no use its showing like emergency calls & no service plzz solve this problem VI SIM PHONE no :-([protected])...

I am Used Vi app to recharge my phone and pay 599 on online but those amount debited my account and not recharge my phone too on 5th April 2021...They Noted that it will be refunded up to 7 days... But I can't receive refund amount to my account... Please take proper action to refund my amount......

I have done my recharge after that iam trying to connect data it not show any symbol on my network last 20 days I have call customer care but not satisfied my issues I am feeling so hate about that...

Have validity pack as well as balance but still unable to send port msg...

Every two days i received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 3 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using an normal hand set can support no game. It does not...

I am continuously receiving flash messages even after trying evrythin out. Sent "STOP" msg to 5933500 deactivated flash messages in sim toolkit/idea power app but still i am receiving these messages and even after contacting so many times my issue is not resolved. This is the worst network experience....

I didn't use internet it has been used only 500 mb left was coming...

Please note my following number is not showing network in UAE. I was able to use the simcard till 30th of March. Im using the same sim for all my bank transactions and now I’m totally stuck since I’m not getting otp’s....

I am trying to reach put to Idea Secure via given Modes SMS, EMail, and Phone, but all i get is disappointment.
The Email bounced back as its not valid, same for SMS, and when i contacted on via voice call, the no. odes not exists.

I broke my phone and i want to raise a claim against it.
