My Idea Cellular SIM got deactivated since I was staying in abroad. The sim was originally Tata Docomo sim which was ported to Idea after 2 month usage and been using as Idea sim for 9 years. When checked with Idea service center they told it can't be done since the original sim was not Idea and I have to check with Docomo. For Mangalore Docomo was no longer existed so the Idea service guys suggested me to check with Airtel. And they are not responding as well.. please help

    Sir, my number is [protected], i am using since last 10 years. recently i am facing problem with network. also i am not getting OTP for any transaction. What is the issue? I tried costumer care but no any number available to connect them. I am really frustrated with your service. if this issue not solved on priority then i have to port my number to some other service provider.

I can mail only. due to lockdown in ghaziabad cat reach at any mobile shop due to which i am facing many problems in my daily routine. Guys plz help me to fix my problem.         Today 14 may 2021 morning i recharge my sim of 49 rs and had call once for about less than 30 seconds but my whole balance had been deducted

            Sir I have recharged with online application with 49 rupees recharge, the money got deducted on 13 may 2021 morning but recharge did not came to my phone. I have talked to customer service centre. They told that the recharge will be automatically done within 2 hours. But till now it didn't not happened. Sir I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                My idea sim suddenly stop showing network and all it's activities. I tried my best to reconnect by switch offing my phone and rebooting and also changed sim slots but none of it helps me to get back the network. So please help to solve and fix network issues as soon as possible.

                  I just recharged of 249rs on my number by mistake. My account was already recharged of 699 rs. Now I have to cancel additional recharge of 249 rs.

                      After filing several complaints through the helpline number, my problems with the speed issues has not been solved yet.
                      The internet works fine for 2 days after complaint is filed and then again same issues persists.
                      Another issue is that the "consumer helpline staff is extremely pathetic when it comes to handling issue". Some of them even told me that they can't file new complaint as the old one is not resolved and then when I look at complaint status all my complaints are marked as solved, even an immediate new complaint is filed and maked as solved immediately.
                      I have all evidence of the fraud that they perform ( all recodings and screenshots of complaint files), if the problem isn't resolved soon, the user is compelled to take a legal action against the frauds of the company and switch to some other service provider.

                        My idea number is showing no service since few days. I have tried all the ways such as restarting mobile phone, removing sim out of try and replacing in another sim slot, etc but it didn't work. Tried using vi app but it is asking otp to login. How can I get otp when sim is not working? So please reply and solve this issue ASAP.

                                  Idea is such a poor network now a days. I'm unable to hear the voice of the person to whom I'm calling and receiving. Such a bad network it is. And also many times I recharge money will be debited but the talktime won't be getting. Resolve this by tomorrow.
