This ndtv good times service is looting my mobile amount, almost more than 10 times, this service looted my mobile amount. I call and inform to idea customer care service, to block this service many times, they doesn't take any necessary steps.

Today recently, i got a message from 54300 on august 4th 2017 to my cell saying that ndtv good times has activated and amount charged is rs 5/- for 1day, which actually i have not activated any such service through cell or internet.

First message - thank you. We have received your request for service ndtv good times and it is being processed.

Second message - your ndtv good times has been activated. Amount charged is rs 5.00 /- for 1 day. Renewal charge is rs 35.[protected]@ 1 week as applicable. To deactivate sms stop to 155223.

I almost lost more than 200. Rs by this service. Kindly don't allow this service without any request from my site.

    Hi,

    They are still saying i need to pay the amount 2937 on my number[protected]. How should i need to pay if i have not used any data, also the sim has been changed to prepaid after clearing all dues. Now how the bill has been charged and on what basis. After clearing all dues the sim changed, that was the condition of converting sim from postpaid to prepaid. They are saying will take legal action. Please you take some action against them. They are demanding amount which was not related to my number.

      Through citibank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 8667) and merchant - ideamoney, mumbai

      I got a fraud call around 12:15pm today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they

      Already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

      Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 1034) towards ideamoney with 4 transactions each of

      4770/- making the total amount of 19080/- with below transaction ids:

      I am going to raise complaint near police station.

      Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

        Iam facing some real bad problems these days. Iam not able to make a call when iam in an emergency. Last night i faced the same issue. When i contacted the idea cellular customer care, they said there was some technical issues going on and will be ready to use by today morning. This happens tonight aswel. And when i contacted them tonight they said the same story like last nights. I was in an emergency this night.
        I would like to lodge a very serious complaint against this incident.
        If iam not answered for my problems, i would be forced to approach the consumer court.

          I applied my tata docomo number [protected] for mnp to idea. On the 5th day i received a message asking me to call 59059 to activate the sim after 23:09. After i inserted the new sim, i tried calling 59059 but the call doesn't connect.

          The network indicator shows full bars. But i'm not able to either send or receive calls, which suggest that the sim is not active.

          Please activate my sim asap or suggest an alternative.

            I used offered 4g data strictly in 4g mode but customer care representative said that u used internet data in 3g mode & idea give me a bill of 1500rs also automatically activated unknown services & said request come from u thats why we activated, & again give extra bill directly. Now again activated unknown services and daily increases my postpaid billing amount also not willing to convert in prepaid.
            Please please help.

            Two times suffers / irritated for getting Postpaid to Prepaid sim.
            1) Two month ago due to unnecessary VAS services started and given extra bill.(This happens only we using INTERNET in POSTPAID sim & never happens when we use internet in PREPAID sim). So i want to change from Postpaid to Prepaid & given request in CRS Idea Store at Fatimanagar.
            Customer representative said firstly prepaid sim not avalable next week u will get 2 times approched and finally sim avalable then after 6 days ur sim converted from postpaid to prepaid after seven days i called customer care & they said THERE WAS NO ANY REQUEST for convert sim so i again approached to CRS store (Home to idea store daily heavy traffic 20-25min required time for reaching CRS store then parking 10rs every time, THEN more than 15 min waiting for talking customer representative.
            AFTER this around 1hrs journey no sitting arrangement while talking to customer representative & then HAMANE REQUEST BHEJI HAI HO JAYEGA etc etc irritating arguments then FINALLY by request from my-side checked in system and then due to some SOFTWARE error request cancelled so again send request then again repeat this written paragraph parking 10rs etc and FINALLY 1st sim Converted in PREPAID..ssssss

            then now 2nd sim...

            Same repeated all this..due to unnecessary VAS services started & strictly after using 4G data in 4G mode only toooooo much bill given and said when 4G network not available we give 3G /2G network even after u used in 4G mode...WHAT AN IDEA!!!

              I had not activated any service from Idea, but suddenly yesterday (Wed 2nd August 2017) a message comes to me from 54300 that the juice up service has been activated.
              And Rs 115 has been charged from my account, ant it will renew itself every 23 days charging the same amount.
              When this happened there were only 118 Rs in my account, and suddenly my balance dropped to ~Rs 3.

              This is very indecent behavior on part of the company. I want my money refunded back to my account and this service immediately deactivated.
              And I want to ensure that such indecency doesn't ever happen again.

              Please Refund the money back.

              I called 198 and talked to the person there. I described him my situation and after validating what I had said, he asked me to wait for a while. After a LONG time, he said your request is approved and your balance Rs 115 is refunded back to your account. I checked and it was refunded. Also he deactivated the service from my number. The call took time and needs tranquility and patience to hold on.

                Dear sir this is for the second time within 2-3 days that from my account of mobile no [protected] sum of rs 20 has been wrongly deducted for vas service named glamour pack and one another without subscribed from my side.

                Kindly deactivate the same above all vas sevices and refund the money back wrongly deducted
                I have called to customer care and asked about the above complaint but no satisfactory resolution found

                A new type of pop up is reflecting now a days on my mobile screen for downloading games and other vas services when using internet please remove it

                    Hi idea,

                    I have re-issued my existing idea sim [protected] on 31 july 2017 and the executives out there in the show room have online completed all the necessary requirements. After this, she said all the formalities have been done and your number will be activated in 48 hrs.

                    Till now that sim is not activated, when i contact customer care i got the reply that your document verification has been failed.

                    Today when i reached again to that idea store in sector 63, noida. She again filed the process of activation and said it will be done in 4 hrs. This is really disgusting since i am a prime member of an idea and i am using this number for more than 12 years.

                    Is this the facility you guys are giving to your prime member???

                      After a month of porting out to airtel from idea i had received a bill amounting to rs.1200 of which around rs. 900 had been noted as data pro-ration charges. I do not understand what that is. I contacted idea customer care and they said these are legit charges. Today i got a call from an idea exec asking me to pay up my due or the number will be disconnected by mid night.

                      Why should i be paying when the legit bill is only around rs.300?

                          I am idea service provider customer from last 10 year.

                          I have paid online payment for my below 2 numbers on 24 july 2017 but not reflecting in system.

                          First complaint logged 25 july 2017 but no use. Later on i was contacted may times with customer care but not useful. They are just logging complaint and closing it.

                          Customer care simply asking for bank transaction which has been already provided.

                          Also, i have visited pune - pimple saudagar idea outlet to log complaint and after all providing relevant documents via email is of no use. Outlet guy has given email id (Mhcrsps. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) to send document but not even bother to confirm document acceptance.

                          I have tried more 30 times to connect customer care viz toll free number i.1. 198 but its always busy and not connected. One day, was able to connect and logged complaint and it got closed without resolving issue.

                          What i see, all pathetic service and co-ordination. Again today i have reconnected with customer care and logged complaint.

                          Not sure will this help to resolve my issue.

                            Sir last month i. E, 14/06/2017 i paid the idea post paid bill for no [protected] from my bank of maharashtra internet banking. I was debited of rs.649, but it says that my transaction was failed, so i continued for second time and the transaction was successful but it was debited twice in bank statement. I expected that amount would be refunded back to me but it didnot happen.

                              I had ported my number from postpaid services to pre-paid services in october, 2013. I had paid all my dues till that date and never heard from the company ever since.

                              Now on august 3, 2017 i got a call from a person stating himself as an advocate and a case has been filed against me for non submission of my bill.

                              I visited the idea service centre today and they have a pending payment in their records for june, 2014.

                              The irony is that i have been using the same number since january, 2014 with airtel and till date i am using the same number with airtel.

                              After three years the company is coming up with a due payment which was paid by me as per my records and a mail which i had sent to idea delhi circle divison in october, 2013.

                              Please help me get a no due certificate as i had migrated from idea to airtel in 2014 and have been using the same number with airtel service provider since then.

                              I have already written an email to the appellate authority seeking for an explanation about this but no response has been received.

                                  My no is now deactivat from last 2 days
                                  Idea sales team not pick my call and not provide me my orignal sim.
                                  I think there are no any responsabile person in idea.

                                  When i make calls the person on other side is not able to hear me.
                                  I have to give him/her call for second time only then i am audible to them.

                                    I bought it about 3 days ago with my passport name aung kyaw soe. 1st time use in my phone handset today and no signal shows up. I tried with other handset too but same no signal. My new ide. Sim mobile no. [protected]. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com. Looking forward the reply very soon.

                                      I did not subscribe for vas that was activated on my number yesterday. I tried a lot to call customer care service but could not talk as they all were busy as i was told. I have send stop sms but i want its refund of fifty rupees in my balance.

                                      As checked, VAS service is activated from your number, so the said amount is deducted. We apologies, refund request cannot be proceeded. Also please type STOP and send to 155223 deactivate the service.
