My idea network has completely vanished from morning and I need the network. Without network we cannot even submit complaint in idea website. Or app

    I recently recharged my sim [protected] and again made another recharge yesterday but the sim is showing out of service. This sim is connected to my Adhar and pension account. I need my sim to be reactivated at the earliest. Please provide assistance.

            HI, I have upgrade idea sim from 3g to 4g in vi care retail store in Hyderabad and they have charged me INR 150 for just upgrading the SIM. when I reached Vi care support team over twitter, they informed me it was not right way to take money from customer and its free of cost for SIM upgradation. On the token of inconvenience caused to me they promised to provide a coupon of INR 100 and assured me that these kinds of issues will not be repeated in future instances. After couple of days, I have waited for the coupon/reward from them, but they literally ignored my request and not response from them. Thought this forum is bit help full and raising complaint here. Help me to get the issue resolved.

              My sim card is not showing any network .I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.
              It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available to solve this issue., i can be contacted on [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Hi sir/mam

                      My idea number got barred on 20th Feb 2023 and till then no resolution given on the same. I reached out to Customer care executive for the activation of my number but they said customer care agent will contact you on WhatsApp number. Since then I regularly visit idea website for online chat and no resolution given so far. They always keep telling me it will be done soon and its been 10 days nothing happened. I am really fed up with this. I am really very concerned I have so many credentials attached to this number. I have asked idea customer care several time to escalate this issue still got no result. Kindly help me to resolve as soon as possible.

                        In my area idea network was quite good initially, but from nearly last 1 year it has become worst. I have registered complaint several times for about 7-8 months, but they are only telling that your issue is resolved and closing the complaint. Not only me but everyone in the area is affected by same problem but still they are not working on it.

                            Dear sir
                            I used Vi prepaid sim card No. [protected], from few months I try to port another network. I send SMS PORT [protected] at 1900 sms delivered.
                            I can not received UPC code.
                            I received reply from 1901 That UPC cannot generated for the reasons (1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                            I contact service provider more times. but there is no reasult. I visit Vi store but my problem is not resolved.
                            Kindly resolve problem as early as possible.

                              I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
                              "UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."

                              It's been two months I have been continuously contacting customer care none of them are able to provide any resolution all they do, they take time to resolve issue with in 72 hours, and giving false assurance to resolve my issue and then they never contact to me, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as those executives have no idea how to resolve my complain

                              All the want to get my UPC code generated so that I can port out.

                                In my area jio Sim works fine but idea Sim performance is disgusting. Very poor signal Very low data speed.

                                  My sim is from kerala and my sim card ( No:[protected])shows "no service". Right now im residing in Dubai . Im regularly recharging my sim . Last recharge is valid upto 22 feb 2023

                                  I tried all these things mentioned below
                                  1. Manual select network
                                  2. Two to three times restart the phone
                                  3. Pull sim out and place it again

                                  But same result is there.
                                  Please help me to sort out this.
