I am regularly receiving fake messages from telemarketers registered with idea cellular mumbai to buy shares in huge quantities of companies with poor fundamentals/ technicals.
This is used by scamsters to exit the companies and get rich quickly leaving trapped individuals holding dud stocks.
Recently i have received such messages from:-
Im-eqastr on 10 aug 16. Buy oriental veneer.
Im-nirbag on 09 aug 16 buy dune ltd
Im-moncon on 02 aug 16. Buy supremetex
Im-epicin 0n 27 jun 16 buy orvenpr
Im-capvai on 17 aug 2016 buy supremetex.

You are requested to investigate these clients as you are a partner to crime by involvement in sending such fraudulent messages.

+91 [protected] carrier idea cellular, this unknown number giving blank call from last 5 days, 5to6 times a day which is very irritating and also when i call back nobody response
number is from Kerala, i tried to call from another number at first it pick up but later no one answered,
please help me what should i do in this case,
from last 5 day this number is calling 6to 4 time and at any time

Hello sir/madam, i applied for new idea broadband connection a week ago (25/7/2016). A client with name kishor landge ([protected]/[protected]) contacted me from idea. I gave him documents and 2100/- inr for new connection.. I have complaint against this client, even after one week, i didn't get any message/email from idea regarding new connection nor this person contacted me for providing further details. Now when i am trying to call him, his mobile is either getting busy or switched off. Neither he called me back nor he is answering my calls. I could also see other complaints submitted against same client. So i request you to please help me on this by refunding paid amount before i proceed further for legal action. Today I check my idea mobiles e-bill when i see my i am surprised i got approx 677/- extra bill of my mobile no. [protected] which showing u used extra data which provided in bill that is 1 gb. but how can i use extra data when i already stopped extra uses according given instruction

i am not going to pay extra bill of internet uses which is completely your side fault so please waiver extra uses of internet amount so i will pay remaining bill

if solutation not provided i will complain in tri and consumer court

I self ([protected]) bill was payment through axisbank ne banking on date 13/08/2016 and transaction id is "axisepb850v53835". But till date bill amount not deducted. Or not updated. Please clear the issue as soon as possible. As per axisbank payment was transfer to idea cellular and successfully done. No as per idea cellular payment not received. So your bill is not updated at time. Please clear the issue where e the my paid amount.

I have been charged rs 798 as data pack pro rotation charges. I m using iplan 599 which gives me freedom to change my gprs usage as and when required. Till the last day of monthly cycle i was checking my dat ausage and i still had 99mb left in my plan. Yet my account displays data pack pro rotation charges 798 rs on 6th august 2016.
Hows it possible that my account says that i have data left yet u charge me additional amount?
Why you didnt inform customer before starting any such packs!

I recharged my idea number [protected] for rs. 199 through my sbm internet banking on 16th aug 2016 at around 11.30 pm. I used idea cellular official website for recharge it took me properly till i paid the money through netbanking then it stopped with session expired message. Now i neither got my number recharged nor received the money back in my account.

I was out for 4 days and i regularly called d executive to update my details as my internet was not working.
I told them to send me d new internet settings but they didn't took care.
Also they didn't picked my phone when i called to tell the abut it. Approx. 20 times

Was very inconvenient for me without net to travel instead i had to buy a new jio connection because of idea.

Hello idea team,
I am a post paid customer with number [protected] from last 7 years. Today I went to idea store and requested for a nano 4G sim for my new mobile. I have submitted my Id proof at the store and the guy told that with in 3 hrs my new sim will be activated after a verification call. I got a verification call from your employee Balakrishna and he asked for address confirmation. House number in my proof is 4-32-246 and in idea database it was 4-32-346 due to wrong entry at your side. Due to this, verification department rejected my request and I couldn't get my sim activated. I don't have any other alternative sim. This is your problem due to wrong data entry but still customers like me are suffering and this is a bad customer experience. When I called customer service they didn't provide any escalation matrix to escalate this and I found the details from Google and sending this. I need to wait till tomorrow and what abt me if I get any emergency calls. This is very very bad customer experience and hope you will take some action on this. And I am expecting some reply for this. If not I don't want to be with idea and suggest the people not to prefer idea at all if this continues. This is 2nd time I am facing issues like this.

I have a postpaid connection and I am getting calls daily from payment department as to when will you pay the bill though due date is 10 days away. I tried registering complaint on 198 for 2-3 times. They say they can't log a complaint. They will just share our feedback with the payment department. They assure us that it won't happen again, but the very next day someone from payment department calls again twice or thrice for the same thing. This is such a harassing thing and it needs to be resolved ASAP.

I have got a corporate plan [protected] i specifically took voice plan. Idea has billed me Rs. 400/- for 100 DATA. i have tried to send an email through customer care. but haven't received any reply. my bill date is 18th of August, 2016. Please rectify the bill before my due date so that i can pay the correct bill amount. i have sent emails and reminders to idea regarding my complaint but till date there is no response.

I am using idea postpaid. i am paying all bills in advance but my service has been blocked.
as i am an senior citizen i am not able to roam idea office continuously.
now service provider telling that another number is also connected with my id and that number not paid the bill so they barred my number.
i dont know why they barred my number as i am paying the bills in advance.
