Hi, Last Month, I requested my Reliance GSM no to port into Idea, an iDEA agent came to my office and gave me new sim and asked for Rs.130. I did the same and got reply as I will get my same number activated in new idea sim once i give the the UPC Code. I got UPC code via SMS and provided the same to concern agent Mobile No. [protected] (name: Akshay). I got approx 10 calls within 3-4 days for the same UPC code confirmation, etc. Then they told me to regenerate UPC code because they have lost that, so again I did the same and provided them new UPC code. They gave me surety that within 4-5 days my no will be activated, but unfortunately even after after one month the process is undone and they are asking for new upc code. After wasting so much time I asked for my given amount refund but they are not agree to do this. Can anyone help in this regard. Thanks, Devendra Singh.

I'am very much regret to inform that the idea network has reject my port out request. I have paid all the bill amount and also paid adavance amount of rs.200 for unbilled amount. My plan is 249/- even though they have rejected my upsc no: iz748958

Greetings, I am using IDEA postpaid for about 3 yrs now and from the past one year i m experiencing very very very poor internet connectivity in 3G as well as 2G specially in Navi Mumbai area. I have made complaints more than 10 times. i have friends who use IDEA and face the same problem. They claim its resolved after compalint but actually not.

Idea is charhing incorrectly and your customer care executive aruna pawar didn't resolved issue and not spoke nicely. Just arguing and telling improper things. She was very rude and weird. I know which application charges how much for an hour but i m getting charged double since 2 or 3 days. I am not at all satisfied when i called customer care because she said u can make a complaint online then why do idea has customer care i dont understand. Executive always speaks nicely but she was not good at all. I want a resolution else idea can tell me to change the operator as i have 10 idea sims. And in all sims there is problem of over charging. Pls reply

Dear sir/madam, my sim no.- [protected]. I had done recharge of rs 245/- for (3g) on 16/11/2015 but no internet started. I talked to Jaipur idea customer care. They replied that recharge not showing . Also Rs 245/- will be refunded soon. And you can proceed for Rs 249/- recharge (3g). I done rs 249/- recharge and then internet started. But even today I had not received Rs245/- refund. My Sim belongs to Rajasthan and Iam presently in Gujarat.

I would like to let you all know that the email regarding the Lok Adalat Notice for the payment which was NEVER DUE, was sent by the idea‎ for which the request for the closure of my account was raised at the month of August but the bill has been generated for the month November for which they are claiming me to make a payment immediately. I have been given a phone number to speak with some representatives who do not have any acknowledgement of the issue.

Repeatedly mentioned that the services to the number have been discontinued and email confirmation obtained on 18th August, i receive a Lok Adalat notice from Idea.

I do not wish to provide any payment for services which i have not used, it is very disheartening to receive such emails.

I'm frustrated and harassed now by being chased by your people ‎(idea, pfsindia.com) who don't even know how and what to talk.

I have to idea connection no: [protected] which I am porting from Airtel prepaid to IDEA and using Idea from last one year. The problem started once from last 2 month in my own house. Initially the network signal problem (calls getting dropped) was faced in the evening & night time only but later it started even during morning & day time also. I didn’t mind it initially as I thought may be b’c of some other reasons. But once this started happening more frequently and also my relatives started complaining that my both the numbers are not reachable, I realized that it is b’c of poor network signal. Then I took it up with the IDEA customer care and they confirmed the same and promised for some action but nothing o[censored]se. Since then I have been continuously making my complaints for poor network signal and same was checked and acknowledged by IDEA Network Team for which the solution proposed was to install the network tower in my area. The beauty here is every time IDEA closes my complaint w’o my confirmation and during the deadline they don’t even entertain any call/query related to it and ask wait until the deadline. Once enquired after deadline, they (customer care) informed that the complaint is already closed and after further probing they registered a fresh complaint. It happened three times in the last 2 months. For last 1 years, innumerable calls (outgoing & incoming) have been dropped for which also, I have been charged. Even after follow ups for more than a year now, no action has been taken. Because of call dropping issue, even I had to struggle when some of my close were trying to contact me in emergency situations. Having been troubled for so long, the worst situation created by Idea has made me to file complaint with consumer forum. Although, the time and those situations cannot be credited back, I am expecting that this problem be resolved on priority basis or else, I should be compensated for additional charges which I have incurred because of this fault. I am a Prepaid Customer from 11 years using I-pone 6s Plus. I am frustrated & very much annoyed by the constant data usage messages interrupting my use. I tried calling them & other means to stop those with no results.

Idea is the worst service i have come trough in my lfy, i paid my bill still my out going calls are blocked.customer service is the worst they disconnect your calls all the time and they are freaking rude.i am tired and also a suggest each and evry 1 not 2 use this stupid idea.never a network on the phone.your people are not trained and don't know how 2 talk 2 the costumer.worst worst services every. I have got call from idea cellular DSA and was told the postpaid plan with mobile number portability. They have cheated and I was told to have plan of 249 PM with 1 GB of 3G + 400 min local + 400 loc std mins. Where as plan activated with 2 G data. I have only mobile numbers of people who gave me this plan. There number mobile numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Now these numbers are not answering any call.

Today morning 14/12/2015 9:30 AM, I made a 2G internet pack recharge. I Received successful recharge sms too but I am unable to avail benefits of it. When I checked data balance it is reflecting zero. I made a complaint via email but no response from their side, And also I tried no of time to customer care finally when call get connected they assure me do needful in next 24 hours. But I got a message that your complaint get resolved. Really I am suffering a lot. I know that sooner or later they will rectify the error. but what's the solution of suffering. I am unable to use internet services. Idea is advertising for internet revolution but here we are suffering.

Mene apna no [protected] Reliance postpaid se idea postpaid pe port kia mujhe 99 per month vala plan+200 per month me unlimited internet diya gaya tha jisme ki speed 128 kbps se kabhi kam nahi hogi par ab mujhe 225+200 ka plan de diya he jisme ki 1.25 Gb ke bad speed 40 kbps ho jati he ab mene prepaid ke liye apply kiya 2 bar meri requst reject kar di gayee he karan puchne par bataya ja raha he ki mene phone aane par request cancel karne ke liye kaha he jabki mujhe koi bhi phone nahi aaya tha mene 1 month ka bil bhi advanced paid kiya hua he ab din par din nikalte ja rahe he aur mujhe ye mehangi aur unwanted service use karne ke liye majbur kiya ja rha he mujhe iska koi solution jaldi chahiye.

My number is [protected]. Idea has charged for three international SMS which I have not sent. It has been reflected in my invoice no [protected] dt 05/12/2015. I informed this to the customer care and they have not given a proper revert for this. Their statement was whatever shown in the bill is exact and there wont be any mismatch. The amount they charged is Rs. 5 each for 3 SMS.

My number [protected], i was using this number regularly but yesterday suddenly number shows register failed. I called cust care but i got no response ..useless services provides idea ! I will never use idea services in future. Due to this number inactive i loss 3 lacks rupees. I m feeling disappointed to use such services. Plz help out idea !

I am using idea netsetter having number [protected]. I have recharged my netsetter on 31 Nov.2015 with an amount of Rs.651. but that was finished within 7days only and speed of internet reduced to 40kbps. So again I have recharged my netsetter with an amount of Rs.249 on 13th December at around 11 AM. but the speed is still below 40kbps.
