My mobile number is [protected]. No action has been taken by idea till date on my complaint no.[protected]. I recharged of rs 195 on dt. 3.11.15, which is 2G unlimited plan and used only 205 mb data. Idea closed my plan on 10.11.15 and saying now that I take data loan, while I have unlimited package of data. What's the need to take data loan. Thereafter idea deduct my balance. Just Idea called me and assured that you data plan will be activate shortly but today they denied to activate. My request is from consumer court please take a legal action. These companies are not following TRAI guidelines. They are involve in this scam. If court need, I will provide you all evidences.

i contact to idea customer care but they denied to active my plan and talk is very non secence manner, after a long period of my complaint they are not taking any action. my requset is from court please take a legal action and fix a date for hearing.

    This is with respect to idea data card plan I took on 20th Oct. I was told by Idea that since I joined halfway I will be billed on prorated basis. To my surprise idea has gone ahead and billed me for entire month and told me that I need to pay for entire month. My complain number with idea is C1-[protected].     That is the problem, I have explained more than 3 times to the customer service on call you guys understand that it is billed incorrectly, they take a complain and after few days Idea blindly closes the requests saying it is billed correctly. This is exactly my complain that I have not billed correctly . Request to please call me as I have already complained more than thrice to Idea customer service and I have lost my patience on same.
    Another billing cycle and another discrepancy. Hope Idea would bring clarity to billing cycles. This is totally unethical. I want to discontinue this service but they wont even allow to discontinue service for 3 months. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to take idea internet connections.
    I would not even rate them 1 star but forced to do here to give them lowest rating

        I have geven request for data pack activation on 2nov15 but they cut 100.32 rs on same day than i confirm custumer care they told sir ur pack will nt activated .my data pack has activated on 04 nov and i dont get any Info about this.when my monthily bill generated then i get the information an they cut the monthily charge of the data pack nd data uses amount again i call the customercare but nt satisfied his reply nd service

            Mobile number disconnection request

About 4 month after i got the call from idea to deposit the bill and permanently disconnect this connection.             I made payment of Rs 1300 which has not been updated till date. Already contacted Idea Multiple times and now services have been barred. Receipt have been attached and same was forwarded to IDEA As well. I made payment on there outlet Big C Telecom Viman Nagar Pune and got receipt, however there outlet told them that payment updated by mistake and got it reverted not outlet owner has the money and Idea although having the receipt disconnected my services

                        Dear Sir?madam 1. Idea Cellular had mentally tortured me through Regular SMS to buy one of their Mobile Number. I was forced and coaxed to buy their Post Paid Number [protected].They charged me extra saying that this is a special number. I had very limited use of their number. Hence I wanted convert it into Pre-paid number. I had to again pay extra to get it converted into pre-paid. 2. Recently on 07 Nov 2015 I had a balance of INR 131.66. 3. On 08 Nov 2015 I used it and the balance after usage was INR 125.44. 4. On 09 Nov 2015 I noticed that they deducted a sum of INR 114.74 without any reason and my balance was reduced to INR 16.92. Thereby caused me mental cruelty again. 5. It is humble prayed that Idea Cellular be asked: (a) Compensate me with a sum of INR 10, 000, 00/- (INR Ten lakhs) for causing mental cruelty. (b) Refund my money INR 114.74 into my account for Mobile Number [protected]. (c) Should be warned and advised to desist from causing mental cruelty. regards Devendra Singh

                              I get messages from [protected] on 24/10 that Request processed final balance is 65.46 . then every week : 31/10 Request processed final balance :Rs 23.95. I recharged, then on 07/11 Request processed . Final balance is Rs 104.73 . on 14/11 Request processed . Final balance is 9.32. I did not make any requests. the Customer care also confirmed that there are no extra services.

                                  I had topped my phone with Rs 250 and my balance was Rs 346. I suddenly get an update after 2 days saying that my balance is Rs 146. My phone is a basic Nokia phone without any internet or other such services. I have not used the phone for more than 10 minutes at a stretch and that two I made calls only a few times. Where has the Rs 200 gone? Why has the balance come down without my adding any new services etc...

My mob no is [protected].I have used idea postpaid connection 4 to 5 months and i am not using that connection from June 2015 due to bill disputes.I have received wrong bill in the month of June for that reason i have raised complaint against the bill which was wrongly provided by idea Cellular .Till date issue not resolved even that today, i got call from [protected]- Soniya Sharma she said that we are from Delhi Court and we are lodged the FIR against your dues of ICMS PVT LTD and your case will be handled by MR ASHOKUMAR and she had given me contact no of him that is [protected]. I have recorded both the calls.Discussed with MR ASHOKUMAR he said that he is advocate and case has been raised against dues of Idea Billing . The thing is that i have activated (2 ) 50 rs of add-on Pack of Internet but, i have been charged as a base tariff plan and i have received 1047.75 Rs of bill .I have raised complaint for the same and also i have received calls from the customer care of idea that we will pass you waiver of 300 Rs.you should be done reaming payment .I asked them for the dispute and i agreed to pay 600 Rs at that time but the Idea Employer said we cant pass u 400 Rs of waiver.that the reason case has been not closed till date but getting calls for the payment and they are Threatening me . Its my humbled request to u those peoples who are calling, plz stop nonsense activities otherwise i will go to the step by step . I am not going to make the payment till case not resolved .I am ready to 600Rs any time .

                                    Case has been not resolved till date and getting mails from the customer care your has been closed . Today i got a call from idea Customer care but they are provided me wrong information and also they are not ready to give us the proper details of internet usage . As per my concern i told to the customer care executive to active the plan at the end of the billing cycle on 23rd of july and he had activated on the same day on 18th of july.its not my fault.
                                    I have used total Plan MB i.e 512 and after that also i have activated 2 add on pack of 200 MB .
                                    Customer care executive he told me that as per the plan you have received 445 MB data till 18th of July, but i have used 512 till 16th of july and after that I have activated 50 Rs Add-on pack .Customer care executive he told me you have used 215 MB data extra so i want to where is the my Add- on pack data. Also you have charged as prorated over usage charges of 279.60 Rs and 321.68 . Its totally wrong with me . i am not going to make the payment .till case not resolved .I am ready to pay 600 Rs of bill .Otherwise you can do legal, i will go through the same .

                                    HI I am Alok Khare,

                                    However, I have made payment for 450 INR, but get call from Ashok and other fake people who says that they are from Delhi court.

                                    I am asking them not to disturb me as I am a co-director of company 450 INR is not a big deal for me, still they threat and say that they will go against me, well, they are not aware that I am also a legal person who have LLM degree.

                                    Please stop these nonsense otherwise I will go vya other way.

                                    Hope your are in good health.
                                    This email is written to draw your attention that i was your customer (Mobile [protected]) postpaid, the number i was using was allotted by the company i was working previously in Kolhapur.
                                    I left my services on 5th Dec 2014, and submitted by idea sim card to the same authority which has issued me the sim card and the number was not used after the above date. The bill was carried till feb 2015 (Non usuage period between dec till feb) neither i was in possession of the sim card nor i had used the same. The outstanding amount shown was Rs 2665/-. The same was deducted from my full and final settlement by my company and reflected in my Full and final statement.
                                    After that i never received any call from idea.
                                    After two years i received a call OR RATHER I SAY INTIMIDATING CALL from some lady speaking from Delhi High court and saying my file has came to Delhi HC for a case is being registered and i need to talk to the lawyer Ashok Kumar .
                                    In the first place i never expected such cheap, despicable and un-principled behaviour from IDEA.
                                    I request to kindly check at your end whether the bills are cleared or not, If not why i was not contacted in between these two years after clearing of the final bill of your in March 2015,
                                    Kindly look into the matter and ensure such unsolicited and intimidating calls are not made.
                                    And rest assured will never ever become an IDEA subscriber nor will advise any one
                                    very bad behaviour on part of such an organization
                                    I am also the sufferer one same among all, i also got call from lady two time on my IDEA number [protected] and she threatened me the same. I am not expecting such a follish behaviour from such reputed company. If i will get the call one more time i will make police complaint agaist that lady and against Ashok who is stating that he is lawyer. Inform them to make such nonsense calls.
