We have raised several complaints but none of them have been addressed till date. A few among them (TCT[protected], TCT[protected]). Our WIFI internet keeps on fluctuating and does not connect. Even if it connects, the maximum speed that we get is 400 KBPS, where-in we have opted for 30GB 2mbps plan. None of the technicians are aware of the issue and no resolution has been provided till date. After repeated calls to customer care asking for resolution, the engineer comes and investigates the issue and just says its the problem with the IDEA WIFI network and they are helpless. It has been more than 2 weeks now and we have not found a resolution. Neither are we being refunded for the amount we paid. And now, even our Customer complaints are getting closed without being addressed. No one even responds to our calls. We don't wish to disclose our connection details in a public forum. But if required, we will provide all the details. But all the details regarding our issues can be verified in the complaint numbers mentioned above.     Are you doing any work ??
    Do you know that service interruption is not allowed for a operator and if it is the case consumer court will penalize with max amount to operator
    Kindly resolve my queries or i will have to take some legal action against idea company

      Hi,
      I have Idea postpaid plan Idea Proposed Plan 2_DEL.
      My billing cycle is 23 of every month. I have 5GB free 3G internet in my monthly plan.
      on date 10th my 5GB 3G data was about to finish. I called customer care for more data. Idea representative suggested me 1GB 3G plan for 250 rs. I did subscribe for that plan via sms and got activation message. within some hours i got message that my credit balance that was 192 got increased to about 2000 approx. I called customer care of idea for the issue they told me that we can't answer you till bill generation. one of the customer representative's behaviour was so rude that they disconnected my call. and tomorrow when my bill was generated, I had seen that I was charged 2272/- for charges on Data Pack Pro-ration. I did called to customer care now they are saying that this charge is valid. If you have postpaid plan with 3G usage you can not add more data pack to it. I told that your customer representative suggested me that plan so they are saying without verifying that they didn't suggested that.

      I need solution for this. Feeling like cheated by idea.

      Finally Got my solution. They deducted unofficial charges from my account and requested apologies for the inconvenience. Advice to Idea. Don't try to cheat people.

      Now what is this 300mb pack activation on my number. Have you guys decided to cheat your customers?
      Suddenly your customer care executive is calling me and saying me that your 5GB internet pack is finished please start a booster pack. And it is still showing that I have 3gb data remaining and some 300MB pack is started on my phone

        Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that i lost my phone which had the number [protected] which is registered against my name. I also have alternative number from which i called the idea customer care to block the above mentioned number. When asked about the details about the number i provided the information for verification. they took my request to block the above number. When asked about the call details about the number as to where was the last call made they denied me saying we cannot provide the details due to company policy. I told them i want to speak to your supervisor and ad they transferred me to their supervisor and i received the same answer saying we cannot provide you the details due to company policy. When asked how can i get the details they are saying as per the company policy we provide information of the number from which you are calling. but i told them that the number which is lost is also mine number only but still they refused to provide the information. These people really dont understand the need of the hour. my phone is lost and i want to track the information as to what was the last call details.

          I have recieved one massege from idea that
          Recharge with rs. 63 and get half GB 3 G data for 28 days on 21/07/2015 and I have recharged for the same. But idea has gjven half GBinternet with 6days validityinstead of 28 days. And when I called idea its customer care officer first tlld to resolve the problem and then when they call for the problem told to get Rs 50 talktime instead of validity n disconnect the call.
          So please resolve my pronlem as early as possible because I dont want talktime I want the validity

            I was applied to convert from postpaid to prepaid service for my mobile no.[protected] on 18 july 2015(saturday) at hyderabad idea office (opposite LB Stadium), they assumed me to four day for this . After that still my no not activated, when i am calling to customer care they are not giving reply simply says meet again where submitted the documents.

            I hv done recharge of 851rs for 3g net pack thr app which showed tht i will get 6GB data at 3g speed n then low speed unlimited data. Bt when i used 3.8gb i got sms tht my full speed data is over.when called customer care says plans changed. Bt i got sms tht on rechargd tht i will get 6gb data at 3g speed.idea hs been cheating since years.i want remaining data upto 6gb at 3g otherwise i will go to consumer court for cheating.as already i hv suffered a lot last year for fraud postpaid bills for 9months.my mobile nu.ber is [protected]

              Dear Sir, I wanted to port to idea, so i have done the procedure port for my existing 10 nos in your easy share plan, then after payment i was informed about the real benefits of plan, which i was not interested at all, so i canceled mnp now the refund is pending. i was called by sagar from idea [protected] and vikas from mnp dept idea [protected].                 Dear Complain reviewer, I had requested My Airtel karnataka number [protected] to be port with idea prepaid. Request i raised via Idea portal and then local executive did contact me and they send their one of executive for further processing . The executive name who came to my door is Rahul (Mob - [protected]) collected my voter id card, company id card copy and Rs.100/-, he given me new idea sim and lleft for further processing. Now its been 7 days but my number is not yet ported. When i am trying to conatct the main executive, number is - [protected], [protected] he is not responding, I have whatsup chat he did with me, even the the executive Rahul is not responding to my call. Its not a matter of 100 Rs., its matter of fraud he has done to me. Please look into this issue and let me know in case any further information required. Thanks Gautam [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hi, Its been 3 days since balance got deducted FROM MOBILE NUMBER [protected](Twice Rs 15+15=Rs 30), and I have still not got by balance back in my Account. If you are unable to resolve such a small issue then better to refund the Amount, Net Balance of Rs 69 and Rs 30, total sum of Rs 100, so that I get to use it at least. No point having 1 GB in account when i am unable the same. Cancel the internet pack and refund the amount as talk time. Try resolving the issue as soon as possible CONTACT ME ON [protected]

                      I have recharged my Idea Rajasthan Number with rs 299/- for 1 GB 3G internet. After using 300 MB, My sim card got blocked. I tried calling them from last 7 days again and again. They simply tell each time that your sim will activate after 1 hour, but it doesn't happen. I already lost rs 100/- amount from my sim card in order to talk to Idea customer care from my current Delhi NCR number [protected].

                        i had recharged with rc200 on 20 july 2015 and recharged with rc22 which is 2g internet pack valid for 3 days on same day that is on 20 july 2015 but i have not utilised internet much that is i have not
                        exceeded data more than 100mb but by 22 july 2015 my balance amount is only 2 rupees i called cust care 12345 but after connecting to the agent the agent wantedly disconnected while saying details i tried for second time even the seconnd the call is disconnected by agent. Then again i called complaint number [protected] after connecting the call to the agent the agent said that he dont have any information i got fedup why to use such a worst service network when there is nobody to respond to our queries

                          Every month I recharge with Rs.33/- to get the facility of STD calls @0.40paise per minute ( though before long this amount was much less ). This month also I recharged the amount on 2nd of July. But I was surprised to see that the deduction of my STD calls was much more than @0.40paise/minute. Rather, the deduction is whimsical, ie. very irregular, or it is deducted not in the same calculation, deduction is different for different calls ( definitely not @0.40paise for a single call ). I don't know, whether, I could clarify my complain clearly. My mobile is a pre-paid one. my mobile no. [protected]

                            My sim is from ANDHRA PRADESH and i am in KERALA I recharged with 2G internet balance many times in KERALA but i am not getting internet Only the internet symbol is appearing in my samsung phone Also each time when i switch on my phone balance is being deducted by 1/- or 1.5/- many times and I'm lossing balnce every tim Please resolve these two.

At first around 11:50pm 20july when I try to use 3g or 2g net in my phone i countniously get msgs like #TAPVZZZ System under maintenance, please try later. I thought it was some system problem. But still the problem was there itz been 2days till now am not unable to use 3g or 2g services in my number. Even custercare numbers was not working on that number like 191, and all the idea customer care numbers. Pls solve tat

                                My self imran ali mugal my ideas cell nmbr [protected] was a demo card coz evn i was a distributor in name of ims telecom2008 till 2010 n hv closed my shop in 2010 in 2014 i hv converted my sim 128 kb to 64 kb and provided legal doccuments before today i hv lost my card so i visited circlon teleconnect shop no 4 sukh arpan build opp jangid coplex mira rd for a new sim mr laiq asked me for my id so i provided my driving license bt he told me to give my shop letter head vth stamp which i didnt hv .. after speaking to concern person mr guru he told me if i dont have then go for a fake letter head nd stamp n ur card vll b activated ..bt a year before i hv convirted my demo sim on my personal name n its shows in his pc still they wont doccuments..on shps name rather it vll b fake will do.. is this kind of services provided by idea ? Or is this a idea ? Please do something to reconnect my connection my alternate nmbr [protected] my mail id [protected]@yahoo.in still i belive in u seniors...

                                  I recharged my idea number on 20th of July but they deduct it on 21th July without any reason. When I called customer care for the clarification the person who receive that call name subhasis das, simply deny that, misbehave with me and did not want to tell why they deduct my money...

                                    I am getting unnecessery and unwanted calls from different numbers, and this number is one among them. This user is using vulgur word when he called me today 22 July 2015 at 13:47 PM, to my number. Anyone who is looking after this problems, plz suggest.
