    Dear Sir,
    I recharged for RC 95 benefits for 1Gb on 21-June-2014.
    After recharge i got benefits for only 500 MB.
    I registered the complaint in customer care by submitting screenshots
    from mobile. But they were not proving that i was not eligible for
    offer 95 after i recharged successfully. Please go through this
    screenshot friends. I was cheated by idea mobile networks in daylight.
    They cheated me by not giving genuine service. They were saying me
    that system is showing that i was not given offer and closed my
    complaints with out proper resolutions
    Please find my complaint reference number reference number 1-[protected]
    Please let me know how can i proceed and file complaints in Consumer
    Courts India and sue this Idea network company. Thanking you

      Dear Sir,

        New SIM not activated, Unable to contact 59059 from last 5 days

        Hi Idea,
        I have bought new idea SIM [protected] on 20 June 2014 and in evening I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .From that time till date I am trying 59059 but it is not connecting .

        When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059 .I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and...

        I have Postpaid no. of Idea mobile since last 5 years, from past 3 months consecutively the service provider automatically activate GPRS service and included in bills. Surprisingly at every time whenever service get activated I call and mail them why they are activating such services which never been asked. Unfortunately, it seems that malpractices and charging for unwanted services become common practice for IDEA service provider. From last 3 months I wrote dozens of mails to Idea customer care but their response remains always negative, sometime they say this is motivational package and again they charge in bill for the same. Sometime they say you have asked for such service and when asked to show the proof they keep silence. Now I fad-up with their malpractices and decided to switch my all connection to other operator.           sir when i bought this number [protected] idea never said me for recharge in a period of time, i was having this number from 7 years i mostly live in punjab, yesterday came to my home and today i wanted to use my number, when switch on my cell, it was not showing signals then i went t idea shop, they told me that this number is not on my name from last 7th of june 2014, this is alloted t someone else, sir how can company do this without any prior information i really harrassed, plz help me to give back this to me, it is too neccessary for me, today this number is too costly plz d this as soon as possible. my cntact number is [protected]

            Now best offers are shown on my mobile, and gprs balance are also shown, as on our call conversation, customer care tell me that my 5 rs internet pack which i activate on 21-6 -14at 10.51pm that was lapsed after two hours, and my 58 rs cut from my account, bt i activated 5 rs pack for one day, i did nt that ws lapsed on 22-6 at 12.am, i use my net pack with this doubt that my pack was lapsed on 22 june or 23june, like other compnies give, bsnl give us 14rs net pack for 3days if we activate that pack on 21june and 11pm it does not mean it will lapsed on right time it will lapsed on 25june 12am, and they warned us that us pack is deactivate after two days or 2hours, they show balance after data use, idid not recieve any message tht this pack is for only today, and i m unable to check my data balance, that time, IF AM ABLE TO CHECK MY DATA BALANCE AND VALDITY, ICAN STOP MY USAGE OR I CAN TAKE ANOTHER NET PACK, WITH THAAT ICAN SAVE MY BALANCE.
            Any wase thanx for ur support, now this is proved by you that i use that balance, i think now it is imposible for u to refund my balance, its ok now close that case, and improve your services,

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I was using a postpaid number from Idea [protected] from around 6 months and I have always paid bills on time. Unfortunately my phone stopped work due to some reason and I forgot to pay the bills for May month. On 2nd week of June month my number got disconnected without any prior information. I got message for bill payment and tried to pay the bill online but unfortunately forgot my online account password. I tried to reset the password but was not able to do that because password is sent on the mobile number and it was disconnected. I agree that I failed to pay the bill on time due to my illness also. On 19th June a female representative from Idea (with number [protected]) called all my in-laws, relatives & friends and talked in very rough language and also used abusive words about me. It’s not understandable to me why this has happened and how can Idea people talk like this and ruin my image in front of my relatives. I am planning to take legal action against this because this is not acceptable and it has happened even after I was ready to make the payment. I am also going to shut this connection.                     I Port my Mobile number to idea on 14/6/2014 since that day my life become miserable, I am not getting proper network strength & not able to access the internet on mobile.                         Kindly refer to the following :- (a) My Idea Cellular No [protected] & Idea Post Paid A/c No[protected]. (b) My Port request dt 08 Jun 2014. (c) Unique Porting Code IW114593 and confirmation of my UPC request dt 08 Jun 2014. (d) Confirmation of receipt of my Porting request dt 11 Jun 2014 by Airtel. (e) Receipt of Rs 750/- (Bill was for Rs 712/-) by Idea Cellular on 12 Jun 2014. Please note that till date my number has not been ported. Idea Cellular office states that there is nothing pending on their part. However Airtel has two explanations. Airtel main office states that my request has been rejected as I have requested for Porting with two operators. They could'nt explain the identity of the second alleged operator. However Airtel's distributor's office states that Idea Cellular has held up the porting process. May I request that the my case be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the defaulters. Please note that I am not making use of Idea Cellular services although theynhave not disconnected me at their end.                           I request you to please retain my old plan and do not make any kind of changes otherwise I wont be able to use you services anymore, How can you change a customer's bill plan without getting an acknowledgment from him ? This is completely a harassment of the customer or I would say DADAGIRI you guys are doing, If I have taken you connection then that doesn't mean I am the slave of yours and you will do whatever you want, Please revert it otherwise discontinue my services and I assure that thing will really gonna do a very bitter word of mouth advertisement for your company

                            To The Idea Cellular Ltd., Punjab Subject: Regarding Excess Charges debited to my A/c No.[protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I am an A/c holder of A/c no.[protected] under mobile no. +91-[protected] on the Name of Davinder Pal Verma from last one year. I am using the Mobile/Telecom facilities provided by you co. with a comfort. But, today when I see my Monthly bill agst. M/o June-2014, it was shocked to me because this is an over estimated to my expectations. I have no words to speak, because this is shocking moment for me. The amount of the bill was Rs.2140.00.This across my budget of Telecom services for a whole year.Basically, my monthly usage approx. From Rs. 200 –Rs.250. maximum. The most shocking thing in this bill is that the usage charges amount is Rs. 262 for a whole month & the remaining amount is of GPRS charges. I want to explain some indications: 1. On DT. 10.06.2014, I have received a message from your side, which shows that the consumption of Internet is 327.31 MB upto 09.06.13.On the same Day, I convesate this message with your Service Executive & he said to me, sir this is wrongly sent to you by IDEA Services & you have to ignore it. But, why you are charging me an huge amount for which I am not liable. I want to ask you firstly, I have not a Credit Limit up to Rs. 2000/-P.M. In the end, I want to say that take necessary steps in this issue and close it immediately with the refund of charges, because these charges are not valid and this is against the policy of the company & not in favour of a customer. I stopped using that number on 29 November 2013, as I was travelling abroad. I have also notified Idea customer care for this. I have also made outstanding payments for the same number for December and January moths though I was not using it any more. Again I notified your customer care people and contacted through your website and left messages there. I am getting notices from your advocate. I want to stop these notices and get rid of that number. Now I tried to register a complaint on that number in your website it says it is not a Idea number clue less am here.                                   Same issue here. No idea what juice up is. Got billed 150 for the same. There was refusal to even refund the money to which I said I wanted to shift to prepaid. Finally they agreed to refund 150. Idea celular, could you please get this fixed, and refund not only 150 but GST applied as well.
