www.adglobal.co.in ******DON’T BUY IDEA POSTPAID CONNECTION***** Dear All I am Just a person like you from a ordinary background, I bought 2 Idea post paid connection few months back, on that time for some reasons I did not pay the bill amount, so I thought no worries I’ll do it later by paying some penalty also, but on the mean time I came to know that idea started calling my friends, relatives and clients..and they also used abusing language with them. When they have my alternate number so why they are calling my known’s? Simple just to insult their clients….Ab boss meri insult ho he gayi hain so why should I pay ????? there is no reasons to pay the bill now…okay then I got a call from a idea executive I answered it and ask him aisa kyun kar rahe? Aisa karne se payment mil jaegi tumhe lagta hain? And then n then he started teri bhen ki teri maa ki…I was shocked really shocked….is this a company which choosed…to call my known’s ? when their no privacy of the client their call list is easily available to idea collection GAWAR agents so why should I continue with idea anymore? I am sure I am not the only one…please please join me in this fight against IDEA CELLULAR. Kya karenge hum? Hello, This is Swapnil Vyas, I had opted for four new Idea post paid connection through MNP. Though the mobile numbers have started working but the GPRS in not working in any mobiles, on complaining 9th June the Customer Representative, have provided a complaint number for one of the number which shall be resolved by 12th June 72hrs ? just to resolve a simple complaint of GPRS. I have purchased a Idea SIM no [protected] three days before by paying Rs 150/- from local retailer. Waiting for activation.How much time to taken for activation. Thanks in advance.

This is Anshul Dwivedi, Mob [protected] (MP CG), Today when I was browsing the Internet on my cell-phone, I received a message from 54300 that something called "Glam World" had been activated and that I had been charged Rs 50/- !!! for that. I am 100% sure I had not clicked any such link asking for a subscription. When I checked my balance, the amount had been deducted from the balance.

I messaged STOP to 155223, but I kept getting "FAILED". Right now, I am stuck with this package, unable to unsubscribe the VAS and getting my amount deducted.

There is another such service "Music Corner Weekly" that has been subscribed to my account in a similar manner on 1st June 2014. It is charging me 15/- per week.

Please unsubscribe these idiotic services from my account, will have to take you to court if it doesn't happen. I need my refund of Rs 50+15+15 (Rs 80) to my account balance. If not, I will have to get Rid of your services.

I Humbly request you not to send me "We are looking into the issue and will get back to you at the earliest" reply to my complaint. All you have to do is to look up my number and stop this service at first so that I do not lose any more money.

You can then start by refunding my amount which will take some time (I know). Airtel deducted Rs 200 from my account and did not refund that despite the complaint in the forum, don't do the same or I would have to move to another subscriber

My name is rajeev rs. I did have two idea postpaid numbers and two idea prepaid numbers.

My two postpaid numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I have recently, on June 2 or 3rd 2014 changed on of my postpaid number to prepaid number. That number is [protected]. When closing the postpaid bill, the representative lady asked me to pay the entire amount which is shown on the site in my account, which is 1170. I have taken i-plan 199 that time and i have availed internet plan included in this plan provided by idea. In the account usually because of internet plan, it shows the total usage in rupees and that will reflect in the total amount. But at the end of the month, those usages will be deducted or calculated according to the internet plan or the customer plan which the individual had and that amount will be deducted from our account and the bill amount will be added to our account.

As I am changing from postpaid to prepaid, the representative lady said that I have no option for that and I had to pay the whole amount reflected in the account and the amount will be credited to my prepaid once the bill is generated. I talked to the customer care and they said that the extra amount I payed will be sent to me as cash cheque to my address.

It will be very helpful if you could credit the extra amount I paid to my idea prepaid account. The details are given below.

No: 47-7-30, 1st Floor, 4th Lane, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam.Registered with you for Idea Postpaid as per your prescribed plan in the month of Feb - 2014 thorugh your sales representative whose named by Ms. Jyothi from your Idea office at Dwaraka Nagar, Sangam Sarath Back Side, Visakhapatnam. After the registration formalities I have got one account No. i.e.[protected] and SIM Card No. [protected] which was not given me proper speed of internet connection and I surrenderred this connection. I wrote a letter about please disconnect my internet connection as on today. But that day idea concerned sales representative (Ms. Jyothi) went to lunch. so that i put a letter on her's table. One day i received one call from Idea Cellular representative.. He Spoked to me: Mam your internet connection disconnected.. this is confirmation call. I am relaxed after his call. Since Feb-2014 to today on date whether the post paid bills are issued regularly by mentioning the some huge outstnding.I have visited to Idea office so many times but I have not got any proper response from your Idea office, Dwaraka Nagar, Sangam Sarath Back Side, Visakhapatnam. Now i received Legal Notice from Srinivasa Rao Pachwa, S. Raghavendra Rao, Advocates. In Notice: You are therefore hereby finally called upon to remit a sum of Rs. 1458.80 together with interest @ 18% per annum. Finally I have decided that I am not agree to pay the bills. I am getting unwanted miss call from [protected] for last 20 days.Whenever I called back, he asks for my identity, address etc. rather disclosing his own.He is constantly disturbing me for last 20 days and creates nuisance at any odd times by giving miss call. Hi, This is Arun from Coimbatore am using a postpaid connection number they have been charged Rs.279 for the some vas service for calling this number 55181 for the durtion of 31 mins in my last month bill. I am using idea cellular, since 2 years.in this tenure i tried to reaching customer care for language setting .no body could help me for the same.instead giving solutions .everyone was telling call 12345.

when i made a call on the above number.there was same reply please call [protected].

in this process my day is gone and I lost my Temper in other way, which has effected my whole day.

I personally recommend no to go with idea in karnataka circle atleast.There is low level of behaviour and low quality training given to the executives.

Dear sir I have a postpaid no [protected]. Before 15 day my service of outgoing barred when i asked your customercare he told me that an amount of Rs 150 wrongly credited in your account so first you pay the same first then we start your outgoing services i told him that i will pay the amount in next bill but he denied. I always pay the bill in time and i have no information about wrong credit and i have deposited already 300 as security money i felt great insult about barring my outgoing services. Now i don't want to regularise my services and want to surrender my no. Your local idea office told me that no can not be sureender before 90 days and he charge 90 days charges in advance. I already move the request to surrender the no on 3.06.14 after billing i will take this matter in front of trai. But before that i want to intimate u. Kindly immediate close my no. And amount of excess payment and security money send immediately. When you not provide the services for last 15 days then why u charge me? I am very disappointed regarding your behaviour. I am not a thieve or defaulter then why are you behave like that. My mob. No. Is [protected]. Today 35 rs. Is deducted from my account for video talkies service. I was just searching something on google. what i clicked cant explain. Also i deactivated the service by sending sms. Also spoke to 198 representative. He told me that there is no refund. Idea cellular has to refund my 35 rs. and be candid to customer.

Sir/Madam, I have activated full DND service on my mobile number [protected]. But I have been getting this 'Fadu Call' messages, ten to fifteen per day, since last one month with suggestions to buy so & so stocks. The language is also insulting. Every time they change the two initial characters in address like LM or DZ etc. Your are requested to look in to the matter at your earliest and stop my trouble.

In my last bill you have charged me 757.30. And also I paid that in 2 May. I have activate the Idea Roaming MTC Free Rs75 plan from 14-Apr[protected]Apr-2014 . But in bill you have charged all the roaming incoming calls ……..then why you charged me 42.50Rs. For the MTC 75 plan……. 1. Now another bad experience is your my idea customer executive (Santacruz east, Near western expressway, Mumbai My idea), says that MTC 75 plan is not auto renewable… And your 12345 customer executive says it is auto renewable…..which I believe, , , , As my MTC 75 plan is running still I have charged for the roaming incoming calls……Why As this is going on from 1 May to still date….so my unbilled amount is exceed and your idea had cut my connection. I have paid another 780 Rs, for to continued my connection… With your mistake I have to suffer this problem…… I have complain so many at 12345 ( Gujarat ) but still no action…. This month (MAY -2014) same problem of wrong bill generation... my actual bill is around 510 INR...and idea have charged me 2078.44 INR... WHY... I have contact so much but no solution provided from customer care... The slogan " India ko ullu mat banao" is totally wrong... it should be "jitna bane itna India ko ullu banao"

On checking the 'combo voucher' section of the ideacellular website, i found Recharge of Rs.197 (involving talktime Rs.30, concessional call rate benefits and 1GB 3G data) suitable for me and logging onto my hdfc bank website, i recharged my mobile by the prescribed amount on 30/05/2014. However, the service provider merely credited 600MB 3G data to my account. It may be noted that no conditions were attached to the Rs.197 RC in 'combo voucher section' for availing that plan. Hence, i requested the service provider to provide me the intended benefits. Kindly help me obtain the benefits due to me.

Hello, . I am logging a complaint against Mahakala Enterprises (No26 Ganesh Complex Opp Infosys Electronics city Bangalore 560100) I was assured to give the Mobile number "[protected]" by one of employee in IDEA cellular Limited (Mobile Service) sales manager named "Prathik" for which the deposit amount was collected for the sum of "399.00" dated[protected]. In the mean while i had to travel all the way from KR Puram to Electronic City to get updates on this requested number and still has not been provided to me. On dated[protected], i was informed by person called "Nandini" that the number will not be provided to me as it's been allotted to another person and refused to pay back my deposit amount in an un-appropritate manner. I have attached my initial deposited amount receipt as an proof of my payment. I am using idea postpaid connection, my number is [protected], my bill plan is 299 i plan, and a gprs plan of around 4 packs for GPRS 3G, my bill genetaion date is 1 to month end i have activated plan on 27th may with in 3 days usage i got big bill . i have aroung 400 mb but i got 740 rs only for GPRs usage .and after this they generated bill of Rs 1224, in one month that is of may 2014. this is disgusting, and one more issue is i have changed addres so i given all documents they verified and changed my address wrongly. if i ask them, they are telling once again i need to give all documents thaen only they change..its worst service.
i need to change as early as possible to other.all please carefull.
