      I am using idea cellular, since 2 years.in this tenure i tried to reaching customer care for language setting .no body could help me for the same.instead giving solutions .everyone was telling call 12345.

      when i made a call on the above number.there was same reply please call [protected].

      in this process my day is gone and I lost my Temper in other way, which has effected my whole day.

      I personally recommend no to go with idea in karnataka circle atleast.There is low level of behaviour and low quality training given to the executives.

        Dear sir I have a postpaid no [protected]. Before 15 day my service of outgoing barred when i asked your customercare he told me that an amount of Rs 150 wrongly credited in your account so first you pay the same first then we start your outgoing services i told him that i will pay the amount in next bill but he denied. I always pay the bill in time and i have no information about wrong credit and i have deposited already 300 as security money i felt great insult about barring my outgoing services. Now i don't want to regularise my services and want to surrender my no. Your local idea office told me that no can not be sureender before 90 days and he charge 90 days charges in advance. I already move the request to surrender the no on 3.06.14 after billing i will take this matter in front of trai. But before that i want to intimate u. Kindly immediate close my no. And amount of excess payment and security money send immediately. When you not provide the services for last 15 days then why u charge me? I am very disappointed regarding your behaviour. I am not a thieve or defaulter then why are you behave like that. This is not my fault that amount wrongly credited and you have to wait for atleast for next bill payment Yours Shalabh Sent from my iPhone

Also i deactivated the service by sending sms. Also spoke to 198 representative. He told me that there is no refund. Idea cellular has to refund my 35 rs. and be candid to customer.

          This is the second time happening in a similar manner and the cc person is so arrogant that he didnot tell be the procedure to port to other network.he asked to call the other network cc.very bad service

          This is very bad experience...unknowingly my mobile number([protected]) subscribed to Idea-Video Talkies ant 85 rupees deducted from my balance in three weeks...I thought I was the only one...but there r a lot more...This is seriously very bad...[B]RETURN MY MONEY!!![/B]...And the worst part is to stop the service, there is no way out...the number provided is 155223 which is not working at all...this is just forgery!!!If my money is not back, I will stop using idea...
          My mobile number is [protected] rs 15 was deducted for video talkies service was just surfing on google .bad service experience . Idea should assist and refund my talk time .
          Same thing happened with me . nd ur customer care personal is very rude in behavior . Refund our money and stop cheating

            Sir/Madam, I have activated full DND service on my mobile number [protected]. But I have been getting this 'Fadu Call' messages, ten to fifteen per day, since last one month with suggestions to buy so & so stocks. The language is also insulting. Every time they change the two initial characters in address like LM or DZ etc. Your are requested to look in to the matter at your earliest and stop my trouble.

              In my last bill you have charged me 757.30. And also I paid that in 2 May. I have activate the Idea Roaming MTC Free Rs75 plan from 14-Apr[protected]Apr-2014 . But in bill you have charged all the roaming incoming calls ……..then why you charged me 42.50Rs. For the MTC 75 plan……. 1. Now another bad experience is your my idea customer executive (Santacruz east, Near western expressway, Mumbai My idea), says that MTC 75 plan is not auto renewable… And your 12345 customer executive says it is auto renewable…..which I believe, , , , As my MTC 75 plan is running still I have charged for the roaming incoming calls……Why As this is going on from 1 May to still date….so my unbilled amount is exceed and your idea had cut my connection. I have paid another 780 Rs, for to continued my connection… With your mistake I have to suffer this problem…… I have complain so many at 12345 ( Gujarat ) but still no action…. This month (MAY -2014) same problem of wrong bill generation... my actual bill is around 510 INR...and idea have charged me 2078.44 INR... WHY... I have contact so much but no solution provided from customer care... The slogan " India ko ullu mat banao" is totally wrong... it should be "jitna bane itna India ko ullu banao"

                My mobile no. is [protected] (Neeraj singh negi). On checking the 'combo voucher' section of the ideacellular website, i found Recharge of Rs.197 (involving talktime Rs.30, concessional call rate benefits and 1GB 3G data) suitable for me and logging onto my hdfc bank website, i recharged my mobile by the prescribed amount on 30/05/2014. However, the service provider merely credited 600MB 3G data to my account. It may be noted that no conditions were attached to the Rs.197 RC in 'combo voucher section' for availing that plan. Hence, i requested the service provider to provide me the intended benefits. Kindly help me obtain the benefits due to me.

                  Hello, . I am logging a complaint against Mahakala Enterprises (No26 Ganesh Complex Opp Infosys Electronics city Bangalore 560100) I was assured to give the Mobile number "[protected]" by one of employee in IDEA cellular Limited (Mobile Service) sales manager named "Prathik" for which the deposit amount was collected for the sum of "399.00" dated[protected]. In the mean while i had to travel all the way from KR Puram to Electronic City to get updates on this requested number and still has not been provided to me. On dated[protected], i was informed by person called "Nandini" that the number will not be provided to me as it's been allotted to another person and refused to pay back my deposit amount in an un-appropritate manner. I have attached my initial deposited amount receipt as an proof of my payment.                       I am using idea postpaid connection, my number is [protected], my bill plan is 299 i plan, and a gprs plan of around 4 packs for GPRS 3G, my bill genetaion date is 1 to month end i have activated plan on 27th may with in 3 days usage i got big bill . i have aroung 400 mb but i got 740 rs only for GPRs usage .and after this they generated bill of Rs 1224, in one month that is of may 2014. this is disgusting, and one more issue is i have changed addres so i given all documents they verified and changed my address wrongly. if i ask them, they are telling once again i need to give all documents thaen only they change..its worst service.
                      i need to change as early as possible to other.all please carefull.

                        i just got entered from airtel to IDEA 1 to 2 months ago by porting number.( with group of 10 person)

                        i went out of INDIA for 20 days, and on returning i saw the message of 20 days before, of not paying airtel bill of 260 rs.

                        I surprisingly note that an amount of rs 198.00 has been deducted from my balance with my asking for any so called GPRS service. I do not require that or any other service. Please refund the amount so deducted. I have talked to mr.Rajeev bhandari who had promised me to refund the amount by 29th of May. But now his fon call is always failed and I cannot talk to him. Please refund the amount urgently. Thank you

                          My idea mobile no [protected] I have stop paying bill since last few months as I was getting excessive bill inspite of having limited usage after which the matter was put in lokadalat Nagpur by idea cellular for recovery of amount, but fromfew days idea cellular have started calling from number [protected] to me my wife and all my and my wifes frequently used number list with malafied intension to defame me(inspite of having my address and alternate number with idea)saying that Nitin Gupta is defaulter and he is absconding as legal case is going on against him in pune lokadalat asking the person if he is related or freind of Nitin Gupta and if you happen to talk with him tell him to appear in pune lok adalat ” this type of defamation is not expected from reputed company like idea cellular request you to please take necessary action against idea cellular so that I get justice & compensation for my demafation.

                            I have subscribed for 2 GB of mobile data monthly in my postpaid sim ([protected]). I have used only 103MB and i've got a message saying that my credit limit exceeded and since then i was not able to use my data services. Two days ago people from idea called me saying that they have refreshed it BUT THERE IS NOT CHANGE IN THE SITUATION. Also when i checked my unbilled usage it said Rs.335.67 excluding any add-on packs. I'm sure that i did you this sim to make calls or send message that can charge me Rs.300. I'm sure that the money is for the 100MB data usage, but how can they charge me when i have 2GB or FREE usage. I want to get a clarification regarding the bill and get my GPRS fixed ASAP.

                                I had opted for MUL999 plan with idea wifi with 30GB usage limit however I am getting just 10GB o[censored]sage and regularly alerted by idea that usage is over 80% after which the bandwidth drops down to 512kbps at 10GB which should remain at 2mbps up to 30GB.

                                    Hi I am Idea prepaid user from last 5 years. Recently i got call from Idea customer care executive regarding converting prepaid to post paid connection. I transfered my prepaid connection to post paid. But from last 4 days there is no network coverage on either SIM's. if this is the service they will going to provide then there is no need of any connection from them. There are ample of options in the market. I reuest idea authorities, please look into this issue and resolve this on early basis. Please find details for your refrence.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that iam using idea postpaid number [protected] from almost 6 yrs since i was out of country i countnt make the payment from january 2014 t0 march 2014 i got a mail from the idea for paying my bill and i have replied that i will be making my payment and i made the payment on 27/5/2014 and after that they told me i have got to pay 400 again as deposit to activate my number and they gave me the receipt for the payment also and today i called up one Mr.Manjunath who is working as sales reprenstative in idea cellular bangalore richmond road office for checking the status of number activation he started using all unparlimentry language please do take the necessary step to get back my number my alternative number is [protected].
