My name is kapil kumar, i have purchased one new connection of idea before 45 days but till now my number is not activated and i got the bill for the same number .My IDEA number is [protected] ...i called your customer diller and many time tried your customer care services aw well but i am not getting any kind of response .will you people help me out .

WHENEVER I SEND ANY IDENTITY PROOF OF MY CUSTMER FOR SELLING A PREPAID IDEA CONNECTION AND GIVE COMPLETE IDENTITY PROOF WITH ENROLNMENT FORM ON TIME THAN MY DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT SUBMIT ID ON TIME.

ON DELAY OF DISTRIBUTOR, MY CUSTOMER'S PREPAID CONNECTION WILL BE DEACTIVATED OTHERWISE WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED WITHIN THE TIME SO I HAVE TO SEND AGAINT IDENTITY PROOF BEZ THEY LOST MY CUSTOMER IDENTITY

I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT TSM & ASM OF OUR ZONE BUT THEY DO NOT REPLY IN FAVOUR OF ME. ATLAST I HAVE TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT TO THE NODAL OFFICERS OF IDEA CELLULAR LTD.

I REQUET U TO CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

ONE CONNECTION IS ALREADY BEEN DEACTIVATED BY VANSH AGENCIES AND THEY HAVE GIVEN THE REASON TO CUTOMER THAT THE VOTER ID CARD (WHICH IS ISSUED BY THE ELCTION COMMISSION OF INDIA) IS FAKE
BUT I M SURE THAT THE VOTER ID CARD OF CUSTOMER IS NOT FAKE BECAUSE I KNOW HER FROM THE LAST 30 YEARS SHE IS MY NEIGHBOUR SINCE BIRTH
I CANT BELIEVE THAT WHO HAS GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO MR. ASHOK (THE OWNER OF VANSH AGENCIES) TO NULIFY (CANCEL ) THE VOTER IDENTITY OF CUSTOMER WHICH HAS BEEN MADE BY THE ELCTION COMMISSION OF INDIA.

I have recently purchased idea prepaid sim from Shirgaon and got activated through Dehu Road office. Even after all particulars are provided i find it is not activated properly. The reason is, I am not able to locate my sim through net. So many unknown, unreasonable cut from the existing balance. I am very much unhappy with your services. Please help me. As i have never requested to deactivate my BB services, i dont understand how these Idea people can take the decession of there own, ore than 10-15 times am calling the CC people and repeating the story till day nothing fruitfull has happened...a humble request to who ever is planning to go for an Idea...think twice...coz the advs is nice to watch starrring Junior Bachan...bus thats it...nothing more than that...

I am Medha Mishra and my phone no. is [protected], I am using this no. for past 3.5 years, till date this no. is not updated under my name, no worries every time I submit the papers it’s not updated and, I have to listen to that bloody IVR when I make any call........but that's not your fault this is what your representative says, because you guys always say that we have not received the details, I started bearing with that.

I bought a new phone was not able to send the message lodge the complaint for the same, but after receiving 2 call back, and 6-7 time over the phone, my call was disconnected for 4 times still the concern is not resolved, I received a msg. from your Idea that my issue has been resolved, I tried sending the message then was failed......wrong information provided

Paying Abhishek Bachan and Kapil Dev would not help till the time you would not improve on your services.


This must be a normal complaint that you might go through daily but think from my prospective that I have been very loyal to the company using the same no. with so many hassles still writing a mail to tell you that this sucks.... this is really annoying that you guys are not helpful at all know one knows what to do......not a single person can resolve the issue.


Request from IDEA; Start paying your call center people handsome salary so that they are interested in working, not disconnecting the call or taking there for granted. Because if tomorrow you question them for the dissatisfaction of the customer , they will say that you do not pay us well and there is a lot of work to do…I have worked in such company’s so nothing is hidden.pay them more so that they are actury happy to work

I got a call from Shaiv BPO Services . They said that they can give me a new Idea Post paid connection.Plan is Rs.199.
i agreed and one of Shaiv BPO Services Employ come to my home for my ID, photo, Rashn Card, Electric Bill, and Rs.500/- the cost of my new no. and on 22nd December 2009 Shaiv BPO Services one Employ come and give me a New Sim Card. Card No.[protected]
and i have given all documents along with Rs.500/-he give me Bill No. 2938. but Still i dint have my No. or any call from Shaiv BPO Services to activate the No. I have also called the Idea Customer care and they confirmed me that they have no information regarding the SIM No. I provided to them.

I bought new idea prepaid sim but when i entered it, it show call barred ..what can i do?

idea pre paid — mobile radio

frnds i am using idea cellulars prepaid connection for the last 2 and a half years, What they did is that

on 11 of october 2009 they inform me that on my request they are activating mobile radio on my connection.

on the same day i deactivated the service by contecting there call center in delhi.The very next day 12 of

october i just mistakingly dialled there radio and they again activated it and then again i deactivated the

service on the same day. Again on 13 of october they inform me that they activated the radio on my

connection and deducted the amount of 30 rupees. I again deactivated the service and replace the idea

connection with a reliance GSM. For two days i use reliance connection. On 15 i put that idea sim

again and then a message appears that u activated the radio service on 14 of october but i was not even

using the idea connection for 14 and 15 of october . THe idea call center register my complaint and

give me complaint number 88261790 and ask me to wait till 20 of october. now on 21 when i conntect

them they say that they will not refund the money but they are discontunued the radio on my connection.

what the hell. Idea people a theifs birla goes bankrupt.

Idea Cellular — NO NETWORK COVERAGE

Not able to use my mobile at home and around . No network signal receiving at home. If I come out from home signals appear in my mobile but otherside user complaint of breaking voice. My location is very near to the Ambattur O T bus stand. Please do the needfull.

I am using idea demo [protected]( under - A.B Agencies). i recharge my flexy a/c from Sales executive of A.B Agencies on 23/12/2009 with 3000.00 and 31/12/2009 with 2000.00. Sales execitive send me transfer amount of 3081.00 and 2054.00. But in SMS that i got from company showing amount Payable 2996.27 and 1997.52. These two are only eg. from all transfers of my counter ( Bunty Collection). It is very clear that distributer is charging Extra. I Compait abt. it to distributer. He said me we can transfer as this persentage only. I have complaited to Gagandeep Rathod(Sr.Sales Executive Idea, Jalandhar) on his mob.no.[protected]. He told me to send the SMS of transfer that i receved from company. I send him SMS on 26/12/2009 on his Mobile No. But he is not solving my problam. It is one week now Gagandeep is not receving my calles.

So this is my complaint to Sr. Officers of Idea Prepaid. Is there any one can solve it My Demo no.-[protected]
