When i am calling to customer care ex he do not provide me proper information on his service & missbehaving with me

All therequired documents are given at the time of purchase ( Photo, Xerox of Pan card & Driving ls.)
Another set of xerox is given at the tiom of verification . My card was working from last two months
But now Services of my SIM are on hold from last 3 days , Idea representatives are again demanding all the
documents with photo & according to them after summission of docs it will take another 3 working days to
release the hold .
I have all the rights to know Where are my personal documents & Photo ?.
It seems that someone is missusing my personal documents & Photo .

About the matter no one is answering me properly & they have no trace of the documents.
According to Meera communications application form of SIM to Idea is not rejected for any reason .
& all the docs are given to the dealer .

Please look in to the matter as it colud be very serious .

Should I launch a compalint in Police Station abuot my missing documents because anybody
can missuse it .
I tried to conatact nodal officer on +91 [protected].
On behailf of him madam Stela told me that , i can not talk with him directly.
It wiil take another 48 hours to revert back.

This is the fourth day I am talking with Idea peoples .
& all this because of mistake by them,i am not responsible for the things happening .
But suffering with loss of time & money .

I am not ready to wait any more.

From Sunday there was a problem in my sms services. The sms are not going to Tata Indicom mobiles. From that day I was tryiing to call customer care of Idea but there was a continuous reply as All the executives are busy.

I also wrote email to them but I didnt get any reply till.

What to do? and where to call and solve the problem?

I got a call from Shaiv BPO Services on 18/11/2009. They said that they can give me a new Idea Post paid connection similar to my Idea Prepaid Number. I bought an Idea Post Paid Connection on 19/11/2009 and for that paid Rs. 500 to their executive Mhd. Sadiq. As per the requlations, I also submitted a copy of photo identity (my voter ID card copy). But after 10 days , they have not activated the connection. I tried their numbers many times but either the numbera are out of service or not reachable. I have not received any communication from their end regarding no. activation. I have also called the Idea Customer care and they confirmed me that they have no information regarding the SIM No. I provided to them.

Dear sir/madam,
I am using your number from more than one and half year .I think ide people are not
able to provide good services to there customer.
On 23rd of november i lost my mobile with my idea number-[protected] so
i have given a request to barred that number.But on 26th of nov once i
got my cell with old one sim card ,i have submitted my photo id with an
application at idea's preet vihar outlate to activate the number on the
same simcard.They told(oulet executive) to activate my number maximum
in 24 hour.After not getting activated my numer on 24th i putted a
complain towards that (complain number[protected]to idea customer care.After more than 70
hours still my number is not active .Should i spoil time and money for idea's useless service.

i joachim kerketta have a prepaid connection No [protected].i have been requesting for unsuscribing the mobile radio/music station which i never used but only paid so far.regularly the company deduct Rs30/- per month.i contacted customer care for unsuscribing on 30/09/09 and message came at 12.52 that my request is under process.again on 2/10/09 at 03.2pm message came that unsubsription is under process.but they deduct Rs30/-on 2/10.09.again they deduct Rs30/- on 5/10/09.on 6/10/09 message came that complain No 87471228 was given to me & unsubscribe will be process by 7/10/09 at 10.10 am.again message received at 1.35pm and told that unsubscription is under process.but again they deduct Rs30/-on 6/11/09.i dont why they are doing like this .i must change to another mobile company as the inter shifting of service provider will be impemented on december.please do the needful as the call center persons are not attending my complain.

Called idea cellular for some queries, they just put me on hold and disconnect the calls. Even after writing to them they did not respond to solve the problem.

I am getting mysterious messages and call from this idea number [protected]. Please let me know who is this suspect.

I had lost my mobile and it had airtel sim .Sir my mobile model is samsung star s5233 and it had tracking system . So my mobile who have thieft has idea sim .His number is [protected] .His number is coming out of reach area . Recently I have been on a holiday in Goa and went to a dealer called 'Om Sai Music' in Calangute Market, Below Plantain Leaf Restaurant, Almita III, Shop No.27, Calangute, Goa, India on 13/11/09 to buy an IDEA Sim. IDEA Sim (Rs150) was recommended by our family & friends over there as it has good reputation. I also bought some top-up and a charger for my "sonyericsson" c510. After 4 days I received a message from IDEA saying my documents were not yet received by the network service provider, i.e. IDEA, if I don't submit these I would lose connection permantly. I tried phoning the dealer (on his land line[protected] and mobile # [protected]) from my mobile and the guest house landline but was unsuccessful. I asked the locals (at whose guest house we lived) what the message meant and they suggested to see the dealer personally, phoning wouldn't help. So I went to the shop with my husband. On speaking to him about the message he took the phone from me and started to look at the msg!! All the while holding & doing something with my phone just under the level of the counter, meanwhile a young boy tried his best to block my view of what was going on.

And I am sure he replaced my original Sony Ericsson battery with a fake one (which probably had some battery power that I could use until I got back to the guesthouse and make a call or two, after which the mobile switched off).

It didn't even occur to me that the dealer would play any such mischief. I now have doubt that has also replaced my memory card which is situated in the side slot with a fake one.

Can I trust any dealers back home? (I'm Indian married to a english gentleman. It's becomming difficult who to trust in my community. Can I hold my head high and say that I'm proud of my country? India.).

I vivek [censored]ole had taken a Idea Postpaid connection Plan-199 no [protected].I had already done the payment of 161 Rs which was the outstanding amount and discontinued my connection on 27/09/2008.The reason for disconnection was the i had been given a wrong plan and offer which different from which i had selected.According to my plan i was supposed to get 100 Rs discount on my Bill for two months and my actual rental was supposed to be 199.But no discount was given and i was charged 299 rental,i beard all this for nothing.Even after my cancellation of connection and payment of outstanding amount.I am still getting call from recovery Dept of Idea for the payment of the bill which i had already paid.I had communicated for the same through the customer care but ther are not ready to accept the compliants.I had mailed them the scan copy of the reciepts to the concern dept but Still the m getting the call for the payments since last one year.Kindly look into the same and help me out

My bill dated 23.11.2009 (Bill from 23.10.2009 to 22.11.2009) of Idea Cellular Ltd (Postpaid), Mob No : [protected] - The company has charged an amount of Rs 225/- (one-time with a monthly rental of Rs 30/-) against ring-back tone which I have not opted for and the company has not intimated the same to me in advance. I do not require this facility in my mobile. The company should immediately deactivate the facility and refund me the amount at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that your idea customer care is not secure for
customers because one employee of idea c.c. disclose my personal detail and my
call detail to my other friends and some other people. so i am just requesting you
to stop these type of people and save your image because idea have very good
image in M.P.
because of this i am very very upset and i have all the prof and witness they can tell you

This has happened twice .. for the 1st time when i recharged for a amount of 55 it never show'd up in the balance ... after a hard time getting thro the customer support i was told that the amount is for sms and you won't get talktime...for talktime you need to charge it with amt above 100..

This time I charged with 110 and the same thing....it never shows up in the balance... The customer support are arrogant and lack knowledge ... surprisingly they too don't understand much and they say they don't see any records as you have charged it online...blah blah....

I got a number finally to check for the total balance *212*1# ...the said amount shows up as isdbalance...not sure but guessing this would be used only if i make ISD calls ! ...wow great way of fooling public.

I'm in Australia for last 2 month and I have my Idea SIM card with me because I'm on a short term. I have recevied and bill showing outgoing call from that number. The out going call that are show is on to Idea Voice Mail no. I'm surprised and was wondering whether the Idea itself has put in the dummy calls or my SIM is replicated.

When I mail to Idea customer care for the more information on this, I get a standard response "We wish to inform you that as per your usge the charges has been charged". I got the same response twice without any extra information.

I have recieved an SMS containing that i have won price $ 5,00,000 as price money and contact Email [protected]@gmail.com. Why Idea is not blocking these type of false sms which is coming unknown id like idglobal.

I have purchase a net setter and the is very slow so please do something
