[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bad experience in idea

I was raised multiple complaint regarding network issue but still issue not solved so that reason they are given waver and free missed call alert back. But waver not updated and next bill they charged for missed call alert totally fraud network they are cheating all the customer ([protected]) and last 20 days i am not using this network but the bill is generate always...* network _network

While residing in the Kanchan Ganga Phase II Colony Raipur i have been facing the network issue for the incoming and outgoing calls, I need to know why is this problem occurring in my area, and want you to resolve it as soon as possible.
