Details : i had a balance for rs30-40 approx in my account for the airtel prepaid number - [protected] but it was deducted by the company and when asked the reply from the company is i did not use the amount within the validity i. E 28days whereas while recharging there is nowhere mentioned in the airtel plans that if i do not use the remaining balance within 28days the balance will be deducted/lapsed from my account and the money will be eaten up by idea - vodafone company. Every time the money is deducted from ym account for not using, hence vodafone - idea is committing a fraud by misguiding all the customers by providing incomplete information and hiding this # information i cannot see written as i have to utilize the balance within 28days in fact it should be carry forwarded to my account till it is utilized. Hence it is a clear case of fraud and cheating hence i would like to charge vodafone idea for descrepency in services, adopting deceptive practices, also how can the company stop my i coming if i have a balance in my account.
