Idea Cellular — Balance deducted without my knowledge | |||
I am using Idea Cellular service. I did recharge my phone of 100 rs on 9 November 2014. On next day my balance was reduced to just 20 rs without my knowledge. I contacted to customer support but they failed to trace the reason of this deduction. I want to be protected from this loot. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
