Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using feature phone.I got two messages from 58010 that (your purchased package for takedown . 10INR thank you! support: [protected]@globalpay365.com) and ( Thank you for using your idea mobile no. [protected] for Rs.10.00 towards Fortumo payments app on[protected]:18AM. TXN id: [protected]. Pls contact [protected]@iappgame.com for any queries along with your txn id.)

pls sort out and refund deducted balance otherwise i will stop idea service sim card permanently...
