मैंने 5 जुलाई 2017 को आइडिया की एक सिम खरीदी थी। (सिम नं.[protected]) उस वक्त विक्रेता द्वारा मुझे 45 रुपए बैलेंस मिलने का आश्वासन दिया गया था, परन्तु आज दिनांक 7 जुलाई तक मुझे बैलेंस प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। काॅल का प्रयास करने पर बैलेंस शून्य बताया जा रहा हैं। (मोबाइल नं. [protected])
