[Resolved] Idea Cellular — balanced with 50 rs but validity is not extended

Sir, i balanced with 50 rs to my number of idea card which has 60 rs balance but the validity is ended. That's why i recharge of 50 rs but my validity is not extended only idea deduct the tax and add 38 to main balanced. Now my idea number has 99 rupees with no validity.
I complaint to customer care that please extend my validity by cutting 49 rs recharge from main balanced 99 rs. But she denied is told me this service is closed.
