I have received below sms to my number [protected] from idea:-
"as we have not received payment proof of your bill of rs 112.04 with your previous operator, you number will be disconnected by 18 sep-2020"
I have already paid and sent mail with receipt to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com as suggested by customer care people
There is response form 5 days except an auto acknowledgement
There no service on my phone for 5 days, no sure why idea is playing these cheep tricks and telling everything is online and with worst customer care people
My question is why idea is sending such nonsense sms to us? Can't they update the information their own? Or just siting and disturbing people.
