[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bill dispute with inflated bill charged because of idea app technical issue

I had raised a complaint regarding bill dispute as i was being charged for the amount which i didn't use and the complaint was closed without giving any valid reason.
Could you please help me here.
I had requested for the plan change on 26th oct, and i have the screenshot of that but the plan got activated only on 28th oct, please see below the screenshot for your reference:
