Hi,
I received my Idea No([protected]) bill and I called the customer care number from my other number i.e., [protected] and both number are on my ID and both number having all the same details except the mobile number.
As I called the customer care from this [protected] number and ask them to provide detailed analysis of my other number bill [protected], as I am not satisfied with bill amount.
First CCE pick my call and told me that sir I cant provide you other number details even I validate my all information but still he continuously repeating same thing we cant provide you, I ask him to escalate my call to supervisor but he denied by telling me that you will get same information.
Finally I got a supervisor(Gopal Rajput) after a long wait of 10 minutes and he also not understanding my problem, I also provided my details so that he can validate but the same answer from him that we cant provide you so after a long debate, again I ask him to connect me with his manager and he told me yes, I also ask him to provide me his manager name but he told me that telling his manager name is not allowed.
Again after a long wait I got manager(Ashish Raghuvanshi) on call and now this the 3rd time I am providing all the same details and problem but still did not get the resolution. This is really a very dis satisfactory services provided by all the three staff members. It was really unacceptable for me that even a manager failed to provide me a resolution.
My concern is even both number are on my ID and I also validate my details but tell me what security parameter is violating, this my convenience whatever be the number I choose to call customer care and they are asking me to call from same number.
I am not satisfied with this kind unrealistic policy this is really unacceptable.
Now I am hopping a good solution from here and get a solution other I will decide to disconnect all my idea numbers.
