Im used a mobile no. [protected].
In last month im activated a Rs.349 bill plan from new bill cycle.
There is charged Rs. 499+tax for period 23-Apr[protected]May-2017 and same Rs. 337.370+tax charged for same period 24-Apr[protected]May-2017
Rest
Rs. 39+ tax charged for WAP Download.
Rs.48.330 charged for 1GB_Daily_4GHS_3GB_OthrHS_Mid
Rs.3.50+ tax
Rs. 5.0 + tax for sms
Kindly explain
1. Why the wrong bill generated?
2. If 4G was free with my account why Rs.48.330 charged??
3. If sms was free then why Rs. 5.0 charged for sms
4.If all calls free then why Rs. 3.50 charged?
5. If Im changed the plan then why Rs. 499+ tax charged for same period??
I also launch a complaint with ID C1-[protected] but it was rejected. With Im not changed the plan in end of bill cycle. It was happen due to improper connectivity with helpline no.s
Im trying to call your helpline no.s 198 or 12345 but it was not able to connect, Im attached a audio clips which I disconnect frequently with this reply while connecting to customer care. Due to this im not able reach idea and due to this the bill issue happen. This is very ridiculous service getting by idea.
I request you to please look into wrong bill generation and waived off the wrong charges to pay at the earliest with correct amount and look into why Im not able to connect with helpline. If my no. Blocked for customer care then please released it.
If Im not get any resolution from your side then I have no way to go away from idea with Port my no. To another service provider.
