[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — bill paid but No. not active from last one month.

Dear Sir/madam, i have already paid my all pending due on 02.07.2015, i have also call many time to customer care but do not get any positive response, issue was that, my Idea no. [protected] unbilled amount of Rs. 1115 was totally adjusted by idea to my other [protected] idea postpaid no. than i paid 1200 rs to settle all dues, but due to bad service of idea customer care they can not solved the issue and now again they rise outstanding of some amount, how is it possible if my no is switch off since last month. i am so much harassed by idea.
