I had informed customer care to deactivate all my internet access as I do not want internet service from idea a year back it was done as per customer care but after a year June 2017 I received bill for usage of 114mb of 400+I reached out to them asking why and how my internet worked when Iwas informed that internet is deactivated. I used other service providers internet facility. My mobile data was always ON since last year I never faced such issue which meant my Idea access was not working but all of sudden how and why did it work and I raised this issue to investigate further becoz I had clearly informed customer care to deactivate then why this was not done and why after a year I have faced this issue why customer care did not provide me correct information if Idea has provision to connect customer care for all solution . Why I should pay for their miss if my idea was active I should have received call from customer care or alert message informing that you are using idea internet
