[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Billing discrepancy / problematic billing from idea cellular company/ not resolving even after tat (66 working hours) | |||
This was my previous complaint which was resolved, but still problem continues #billing decrepancy Dear sir/madam, I have taken my mobile connection from idea cellular services coming under aditya birla group. My plan is iplan 999 which includes 50 packs of data/ calls/ sms etc. Out of these i have chosen 43 packs for data alone (3g/4g) which was activated on 14/06/2016. 1 pack of data is 135 mb; so 43 packs will be 43 x 135 =5805 mb ~ 5gb ; but each month i could use only 2gb, over which i will be charged extra money. This is happening from july to sept (This month). So i kindly request you to resolve this matter as i have already given complaint more than twice which yielded no results. The above complaint has been resolved Dear sir/madam New complaint But still, for the month of oct-2016 the billing has been wrong. I have contacted idea cellular services coming under aditya birla group, they told they have closed the complaint saying they need more time to waiver off the amount which comes around[protected]. This has been happening every bill cycle. I have been going through severe stress/mental agony because of this unsolved problematic billing from the part of the abobe said cellular company.
