[Resolved] Idea Cellular — billing of postpaid cellular services

I have been migrated from ap circle to karnataka circle in the mid of august. Just before shifting idea has activated some service charging me rs 150.00. Within half an hour i called customer care and asked to deactivate it. They have done that and promised the charged will be waived and shall not reflect in bill. But now when september bill generated, they have charge rs 150.00. From last four days i am talking with ap customer care and they are just delaying the matter and not providing any solution. Karnataka circle lifted their hand telling it’s not under them. Even your customer care shop at kg road, karnataka reluctantly asked to leave telling they can’t do anything. Highly disappointed with services. Idea is compelling me to pay the charges which i have not subscribed for even after promise that bill wont be generated.
