[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Billing related complaint

On 2nd may'16 i requested customer care executive to change my plan & to close my previous plan during discussion he suggested me that i should go for 5gb internet free plan of rs. 1299 or to go for 1599 plan. Previously i was using extra pack of 10 gb worth rs. 999.00 so i agreed to his advise & requested him to change accordingly. He changes my basic plan but he didn't stop my extra pack & when i recd. My bill on 25th may. I was shocked. I immediately called at customer care & told him that plz, rectify my bill he told me that it will take 2 to 3 working days to come back to me but i could not get any response from your side so i again called on 28th then 29th again but there was no satisfactory response from your side. Then on 2nd june i visited your franchisee outlet at vastrapur ahmedabad & give him written complaint but he refused me to receive that.Instead he take my no. & my id proof & told me that i will solve your problem since then my person has visited that outlet 3 times but he is not responding him properly. Every time he is saying that give me 2 days it will be done. My last date of payment is also over but my problem is still there. This is my kind request that plz... Look in to this issue at top priority & solve it.
