[Resolved] Idea Cellular — blocking of sim [protected] and forfeiture of balance | |||||
This sim card was blocked by idea cellular with approx rs 300 worth of talk time money left on it wef 01 oct 2017. My contention is that it is my money and it should be returned to me. Idea cellular maharashtra and goa is refusing to do so. They have arbitrarily and illegally decided that "no refund would be given for unused talk time balance and validity of the card." This is both arbitrary and illegal as it is my money kept with them for my future use. If future use is blocked, they have no business to confiscate my money and must return it by any alternate means possible preferably cheque. Was this information helpful? | |||||
