[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bluelima services fraud

I got a sms mentioning bluelima service being activated and rs.35 being deducted for the same.. And surprisingly i hadn't requested for the same anytime... This seems to be a fraud with customers as vas is activated and customer is charged unnecessarily without his consent... Trai must look into this matter.. [protected]... Verified Support Aug 20, 2017 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Hi Mohammad, As checked, vas service is active in your number and it's been activated with the consent of customer.to deactivate the vas service sms STOP to 155223.
