Dear \respected sir,

I am a using idea no in mp mob no. -[protected], i have activate a dnd service on my no. But i m continue receiving messages with every seconds i have also complaint to customer care but they reply it is not idea fault its a handset fault so i have complaint to my handset (Sony) customer care they also reply me its a your network fault.
