I am having a corporate connection of idea postpaid. Today i got an email from idea customer service stating that my call barring request has been processed. After that i am unable to make calls though my incoming is not barred.
In the first place i did not make any such request. The customer helpline confirms that there are no pending payments against my number and requests me go go to nearest idea store for resolution.
The idea store is not able to provide the reason why call barring is activated on my number and they in turn ask me to talk to customer helpline.
