    I was an idea vonsumer from last 8 years. Last month i migrate to vodafone by mnp. I akso paid all my debits with 200 rs extra. After migration idea issued me bill of rs.2833. it is pure black maling as idea knows costumer is already migrated so lets punish him...! I have called customer care of idea and visited idea office several times, only answer I got was..you will have to pay the amount. Bill issued me is against pro reta base or something. I havecpaid bill and now I am going to launch complaint in consumer court asap.

      6 months ago i had taken idea mobile postpaid sim cards from idea cellular for me and my spouse. Later we have very poor signal in our home. We have given multiple complaints. I had applied for idea isd service for one of my number and i paid advance of rs1000/- in online. The online system says it will be activated in 24 hours. Later it was not activated for 5 days. I was keep on contacting idea cellular customer care for more than 2 weeks and in response i was getting the information that they could not enable my isd service for one of my sim card due to technical reasons. It went on for one more week. So at last i have decided to disconnect two of my idea cellular numbers because of their pathetic and poor service. I have received my deposit amount after 3 months of disconnect. As i have disconnected both of my numbers and at present i do not have idea connection. I had to take lot of pain while handling with idea customer service for more than 3 months. Now idea cellular is harassing me to pay the outstanding amount of nine hundred rupees for the poor service which they have provided. I had only 3 months of idea service and i had to disconnect their service because of only their poor service. Please contact me on my email. I will provide you more details.       Your Idea customer care team called me and I have clearly explained the issue. Still they could not understand the problem. I think your team is not eligible to work as customer care. Because of poor quality of your service I could not continue the Idea service. Your customer care still insisting me to pay the outstanding amount of Rs 881.05/- for the poor quality service which Idea communication has provided. I told the Idea cellular is NOT deserved to receive the outstanding amount because of the poor quality of service provided. I would request you NOT to call me on my number because of the outstanding amount.

      Today I have received an email from your customer care as below.

      1) Please be informed that final bill for the connection has been generated after disconnection as per billing cycle on your Idea account.

      2) Moreover, currently Rs.881.05/- outstanding amount is reflecting against your number request you to clear at the earliest.

      3) Further, we have taken note of your feedback. At Idea, we immensely value your feedback and suggestions for further improvement of our services. Thank you for writing to us at Idea.

      4) Hence, we express our inability to waive off the charges as the same has been charged correctly.”

      Answers to above points:
      1 Answer) Since I have taken the connection from Idea cellular I have a poor quality of service. So whenever you generate a bill it doesn’t matter for me. I was keep on communicating your team regarding the poor quality of service and your customer care could not improve the good quality of service.
      2 Answer) I have clearly said Idea Cellular doesn’t deserve to receive any amount from me. Instead you have to pay me back for the time I have spent to explain your poor ineligible customer care representatives.
      3 Answer) Please recruit right people as customer care to understand the problems from customers. They are not able to understand the problem at all.
      4 Answer) I am not asking you to waive off the amount. 881.05/- is not a big amount for me. Still I am not paying because “you do not deserve to receive money”. Your service needs to improve and your organization need to understand the importance of customer care. That is the reason you have only 21% of customer satisfaction rating in Consumer Complaints forum.

      Till Now I have received 14 calls from your team with communication ids as below. Not even a single person could not understand the problem. They do not know what is the communication medium. They do not know meaning of voice quality.

      AGAIN...AGAIN AND AGAIN...!!!

      After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????

      I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader MR. PRAKASH SURTI (Because he knows my problem) but MR. SURTI not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally MR. SURTI spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change ( Before MR. SURTI was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).

      IN YOUR COMPANY NO ONE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE ANY OF THE PROBLEM WHICH FACING CUSTOMER.

      One thing I didn’t understand that when I called or mail you on customer care department he didn’t respond. And when I post a complain on this site I get a quick revert WHY??? I THINK ONE TO ONE COMMUNICATION YOU DIDN’T RESPOND BECAUSE NO ONE CAN SEE YOUR WORST SERVICE AND WHEN I POST A COMPLAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA YOU GIVE A QUICK RESPOND BECAUSE EVERY ONE SEE YOU WORST SERVICE.

      SHAME ON YOU IDEA CELLULAR...!!!

        I am tired to complain on your call center to stop idea power flash message. Every time they suggest one or other setting in phone to stop it but frequency of these messages increased instead of stop. Why do you cheat your customers, how can you deduct money on just a unwanted touch even on locked screen of phone. Pls stop it immidiately else i will esclate matter up to telecom minister.

          My bill cycle is 20th of every month i was using 399 rs pack in which i gets 1 gb data.
          In 10 days i have consumed around 800 mb and found around 20 days are left so i enquired about the other pack and then opted for 549 with 2 gb data on 1st august.
          The idea has not activated and i was being charged for the time till it was not activated.
          Secondly they have charged me 422 rs plus taxes saying for ten days your pack is eligible for 342 mb data and for that time you used 822 mb around data so the balance of 340 mb they charged me 422 rs plus taxes and for there information the pack of 1 gb costs 299 i would have taken that booster pack

          Now they have made the bill to 1399 for the same saying your 10 days bill of 399 plus your pro rata charge of internet plus the time they have not activated the internet for the new plan plus taxes.

          For your information if i will pay the complete 390 + 549 + taxes for the both bill for there monthly charge in one month that is also lesser than the calculation you intelligent people have made

          You are fooling like this and dont have any common sense and logic a customer who have always paid in advance amount from 100-300 you are fooling i am using vodafone sim pospaid number also they have never did this and u can enquire how many times i have issues regarding bill with them and with u idea

                Getting unwanted broadcast messages (Channel 50) about 50-100 per day. Called customer care no proper response. And am not able to use my mobile do to these unwanted messages popping up. Been a loyal customer to idea. Hope they take this into account and do the needful. I'm totally fed up and if it still continues i will be changing to some other network.

                    My Mobile No. Is [protected], Idea has charged Rs.80 for net charge. They were given 100 mb free for uses but they have charged against the same . When i have registered the complain, they told me to pay the same. but i have received the message which they were sent to me. they have charged the amount for free data which they were provided.i have registered the complain two times but same answers receiving from customer care. they have charged unnecessary charges against free data.

                    Same response received from your end and they are ignoring the message which they were sent to me again and again same thing saying to me not considering the message which they were sent to me on 21st july 2016 on 12.56 pm for free 100 mb data. but i was used only 57 mb data in this given pereiod.

                      I am using Idea service from past 15 days and suffering lots of problems with poor network and recharge issues...
                      I done recharge with IDEA official website for RS.62/.
                      This recharge was successful by deduction of amount from Bank but nothing credited to my number..

                      The same thing happened on[protected] of amount RS.102/- amount deducted but nothing credited to my number...

                      After writing this mail to IDEA cellular, they responded that I am not reachable for them to solve this issue...

                          Even though your company stopped my cellular service due to non payment then also you are sending bill amount of over Rs 381 towards rental your outlet is not cooperating at nerul when I visited to stop the service. Also I am not staying at the address you send the bill. Since service is stopped you are still sending bill is of no use. It my please looked carefully and don't send inflated bill which I am not going to pay at all.

                            मैंने दिनांक 12 अगस्त 2016 को मेरे मोबाइल नंबर [protected] में 2gb डेटा पैक के लिए 199 का बैलेंस डलवाया था।इससे पहले भी यही पैक एक्टिवेट था। आज दिनांक 18 अगस्त को नेट पैक एक्टिवेट का sms आया, जिसके कारण मेरे मैन बैलेंस से दुबारा 199 रूपये काट लिए है। कस्टमर सेंटर पर भी कोई संतोषजनक जबाब नहीं दिया।कृपया मुझे मैन बैलेंस से कटे गए 199 रूपये बापिस भिजवाने की कृपा करें।

                                Hi,

                                I wanted to bring this to your notice that i normally get the recharge done online via 'https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/online-recharge', which is their office site.

                                I enter my mobile number, [protected], and then click on 'my offers' and then enter the otp received.

                                I compare the offers and if i find them better (which they actually are), i enter the further details and get it done.

                                In my last 2 recharges, i noticed that these guys are just misguiding people her and duping money from their customers!!!

                                One recharge which i did today (from my offers "duping" zone), was 'rs. 51 lcl mob_30p_90d and rs 10talktime'.

                                It has no details written anywhere, and what i understand from it is, rupees 51 will be charged to get 30 paisa per minute offer valid for 90 days.

                                I got this recharge done, and i received a message that this offer has been activated and is valid till 30th august 2016.

                                Recharge done on 18th august, and valid till 30th august? is that 90 days?

                                The normal offer (not my offer) for rs. 51 (rs. 51, all local mobile calls @ 30p/ min, 14 days), says it is valid for 14 days, and i did not even get that!!!

                                This is not the first time it happened.

                                Recently i recharged an internet pack from my offer which said '1gb + 1gb only' with 4g.
                                And what i received was 1 gb only. cheaters!

                                The current recharge was done with the following details:
                                Transaction id: gic[protected]
                                Transaction date:[protected]:38:36
                                Amount: rs.51.00

                                Further, after the recharge is done, i get the following message:

                                'dear customer, recharge with rs 51 and get local mobile at 30p/min for 60 days and rs 10 tt.'

                                The company contacted me and clarified the details. The internet pack alert was corrected, and the validity of the call rate plan was also increased as mentioned in the scheme.

                                  I had visited idea store at mumbai - 400003 for sim replacement as the sim had stoped working without any physical damage. They charged me rs. 50 for replacement. Reason given - "we are third party and not direct idea stores, we cannot replace a sim without charge".

                                  Second time i visited the same store for replacement of sim as i wanted a nano sim. This time again they asked for rs. 50. Reason given, there is no technical issue, so no free sim"

                                  They why they charged me first time when there was a technical issue at idea's end. And secondly, all mobile operators replace micro and nano sim without cost. They why idea is money hungry!

                                  Also, ask the people in idea stores to be polite, they behave worst then government staff

                                  Idea! This is a really [censored] move. How can you charge your own custom 50 rupees, while portability charges are just 10 rupees?

                                    I'm an idea customer from ovr 1yr.
                                    I want to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid.
                                    I hve visited idea showrooms ample of time but never got a satisfactory ans.
                                    First the office near my area refuse to convert it, they say to go to the place where the sim was taken.
                                    When i visited them, they refuse my request saying they dont hve the sim.
                                    Then when yhe sim was being arranged they told me to come at the end of the month after the bill is generated.
                                    I was 3days late, they refuse my request nd told me to come next month.
                                    Next month they processes my request but was canclled later on.
                                    I am very dissapointed as a customer.
                                    Kindly convert my number or i will switch to othee company.

                                        I got an iplan and i called the csr to confirm about my other plans.
                                        He confirmed that their would be no deactivation of any other pack
                                        But my other unlimited 2 g got disconnected. I came to know about this when i got a notification message that charges had been applied.
                                        I called the csr again, he said again i need to activate 2g plan 199 more
                                        Why would i deactivate my internet plan
                                        Being a customer from more than 15 years, i have never faced such silly difficulty from your csr end.
                                        Now they say for call record i need to wait for next 48 hours.

                                        I need you to kindly escalate it from your end because i am not at fault to face such situation of being without internet
