[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Call disturbance from last 1 month

I am facing the problem of call Disturbance at my home location sec 4 Rohtak. 3 times I have lodged complaint for the same at idea customer care but all are in vain no action and support was provided by idea. It has been a month I facing the issue all 3 complaints has been closed by them saying that we are working on it and we have to install a new tower or some kind of crap in your area. Now idea cellular has generated bill for the month without any waived amount and when I had a talk with there senior person Madhuri she said we don't able to do anything in this matter I have to pay the full amount.
