[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Call drop and automatic deduction of special recharge from my account | |||
Sir, i am holding a mobile number gsm of service provider idea cellular no [protected] at agra (up circle). I had lodged numerous no complaints to idea cellular regarding call drops on my mobile although i use an apple i phone make 5s of new make whenever i make a complaint the company usually sends a resolved sms without having a confirmation from me and this has happened twice with in a fortnight now today they have deducted rs 49 as a special charge without having a confirmation pl look in to the matter Was this information helpful? | |||
