[Resolved] Idea Cellular — cannot activate number ported idea sim

I have given a request to port my number [protected] from bsnl to idea on 15/01/2019.
I got an sms from idea on 22/01/2019 which says 'you are one step away from activating your mobile no. Call 59059 and use code _ to activate your number',
But when i was trying to call 59059 i am getting an automated reply saying 'this number does not exist, please check the number'. So it is not getting activated.
Now my other sim got deactivated and i can not activate this sim. So i am afraid i might lose this number.

If any idea customer care persons seeing this, please help me to activate my number

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we have informed you that your mentioned number is pending for tele verification. Also, we request you to dial 59059 to activate your number from the same location.
