[Resolved] Idea Cellular — cannot contact customer centre to clear doubt

I called customer care but no option to talk with a person to clear my doubt. Iam in roaming bit not getting internet. I am using iphone and i want to know how can i do the setting. So please help me to solve the problem. I am in a difficult situation as i am not getting the connection What you want to know more.
