Dear Sir I can't access Internet from 2nd July 2020 till date and I have complained to the customer service Appellate but still I have not received any response from them except an acknowledgement its been 3rd day and I can't access any website YouTube or Web pages hence I request you to please look into the matter urgently and help me for the same

Updated by prince777 My idea number is [protected] please sir look into this as network problem calling problem and Internet access problem keeps on happening in every month. Its 3rd day today and still they have not resolved it
