Its from 18 July today is 21 July... From 18my internet on this cell number is closed.. N if i recharge on this for net pack my complain will be disclosed this information is given to me...
The problem is not still solved... From Idea the call has come n they have given 48 Hrs time for prblm solving... Now its 49 hrs i have not received call and no any other refrence from Idea...
Yesterday I have call them on 198 regarding there call has not come yet after 50 hrs also.. So there costumer executive said that the benefits will b credited to u till mid ngt 12 AM.. Its morning 9:30 the benefits is not yet given... They are making just a joke and saying any thing to delay the time... A very bad response from IDEA
now i have call on 198 n again they have asked for 24 hrs or 48 hrs will be required for solution... Last ngt they said till 12 AM n now again 48 hrs... Where r u replying me on consumer comments... See ur services
