[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Change in billing plan without any Instruction. | |||
Dear Sir, I Karan D Vaidya using the telecoms service from Idea cellular would like to bring to your notice that the company has changed my billing plan and features without any request made by me. I have talk with the customer service executive's regarding the issue and they assured me that there higher authorities will contact me but till now i haven't received any follow-up for the same. Issue: The company is charging for the Text messages from past 2 to 3 month, at the time i shifted to idea cellular services i was assured that i will get Free msg 150 per month. Its been already more than 3yrs that i am using the services and now such type of cheating is been done for such old customer. Every time when i call for this issue i don't get any proper reply or solution for the issue. The below are the executive names that has interacted with me and giving false committement. 1.
