I am using Idea since long time and having CUG Railway plan on which GPRS service of Rs 150 was activated but this month bill it was charge Rs 385 your helpline No. I only listen one word SORRY can you please tell as per which TRI rule such change is made in my plan without receiving writing request from customer I never made any late payment always pay bill in time But This time I will also say SORRY same as You all are saying and will not make payment of such WRONG BILL And you are free to challenge me in court
