Presently i am having post paid idea celluar telephone. I wish to change the same to prepaid. It has taken more than a month for the company to accede to my request. Moreover i am required to submit the documents once again i. E id proof, photographs. When i am already a customer, i fail to understand why these documents are required to be submitted again. This harassment.

Updated by kamrajwani Further I have already paid extra amount than the bill amount. The excess amount should be given back to me.
