I recharged today and the same day I received an sms from 55955 that XXXX amount is deducted from my balance even though I didn't subsribed to any VAS service.
When I tried to complaint Idea through their no. 198, after waiting for long time I got to reach a customer care executive who was not ready to disclose her name nor was speaking at all. I complained about the deduction of charges for which she asked me to hold for a minute but after a few seconds the call was disconnected from their side.
Pathetic customer service and pathetic network also.
There is no alternate way to complaint in writing for such unwanted deductions and such customer executives.
Is it possible to escalate such issues to senior level executives of Idea or there is nobody to hear our plea. Was this information helpful? |
